I tried to order online and the website wasn’t working so I tried the app, it also wasn’t working. The payment didn’t go through, I tried 3 different cards that all had money on them.I also didn’t get my bacon, which I paid $2.99 for. Online it says the toppings (lettuce, tom, onions, etc) would be separate. They were not.The woman who helped us was very nice and the restaurant seemed clean.

Will NEVER come back. Poor management and poor customer service. Waitress was in another world. Took 20 mins to bring us a water and some mayo for my son’s sandwich. She screwed up our order. I really wish we could give 0 stars. This has seriously been the worst EVER!!!!!

I used to be a server at IHOP back in 2018 and it was such a horrible scarring experience with the work culture (was told that I was too slow and that I needed to be thrown out a window) I endured that I vowed I would never enter an IHOP again in my life. Thursday morning I had been driving all over town trying to secure some job interviews, and I was so famished. I needed an IHOP omelette in my life again! The server I had was Laura and she was so incredibly kind and sweet. She was extremely attentive to any possible questions / requests I had — like predicting I needed water, a box, and double checking to make sure my preferences were still the same. I noticed she was the same exact way and treated all her other tables with extreme care. I am super glad management has turned around and that I had her. May she close or open with her most liked tasks for the next two weeks! + I hope luck comes her way.

My better half food was over cooked on the steak asked for med. Got over done not even well done. Then she asked for over med . On her eggs and got over easy. The A1 sauce was another brand that wasn't even A1. I expect better from a company like this. Why I prefer Denny's over IHop.

Me and my boyfriend we're in there having dinner on 03/24/2024, when we were sitting and having a very private conversation, about his dad's passing and the funeral we had attended earlier in the day. When an employee walked up to us and continued to ask very loudly if everything was ok. And keep looking at me as if I was doing something wrong, because you could see that my boyfriend was emotional. However, we were being very quiet and not bothering anyone. We were both very upset about this employee sticking their noise in our business. I plan to go into the business tomorrow and make a complaint in person.Parking: Wonderful food choices.

Breakfast was very good. However, after we ordered additional coffee, a rude man (manager?) suggested we should leave because our booth was needed. We said that there are quite a few empty tables. No reply from him. We left and decided to go to Dennys for our next breakfast outing.

Apparently they were short staffed so it took us awhile to be seated and have order taken. The hostess was nice and even tried taking our order. Once the waitress came over she was friendly and made sure we were taking care of. Food was good. The reason for the 1 star review is because a male employee thought it was appropriate to send a waitress to our table with his number and a message saying he had been eyeing my 14 year old daughter. Once my waitress figured out what was going on she told her manager and the manager made sure the check was comped. The waitress that brought the number apologized. My waitress went over and beyond to make sure she apologized.
