Best Meal We enjoyed everything that was served to us. The Miso Soup and Udon Soup were perfect starts for a rainy night. The Alaskan and Florida Rolls with Salmon Sashimi that I had were excellent. My friend's rolls were all so great. I would highly recommend this restaurant. Wish they had a web site.

Great Sushi and traditional Japanese fare.

Glad to have a sushi place locally but this is like the Applebee’s of sushi. Nothing is exactly bad, but nothing is really good either. The atmosphere was non-existent outside of the well decorated entryway - walls were bland and small tables felt like I was at a diner. We had 6 rolls for the table and they were pretty bland tasting and not exactly aesthetically well done. I’d rather take the trip out to Rehoboth for a candle lit sushi dinner with flavor instead of a close-by location.

Wow! We were delighted on how delicious the sushi was ?. The hostess sat us right away when we arrived at the restaurant. Our server was friendly, he was so knowledgeable and explained the menu and specials to us. We will definitely come back and dine here again. We live 40 miles away but this is worth it.Sincerely,Thuy Dong11/10/2023

Amazing food. A bit pricey but it's worth it for how fresh the sushi and sashimi is. A nice place to take a date for sure. Not much seating and the fact that they're only open for like 3ish hours is strange but if you're getting take out it's whatever.

The best tasting sushi in town. I've been to other places but they seem to lack the flavor. They're not skimpy with the toppings here and it's very satisfying to eat. The portion sizes are reasonable. For a date of two, we spend $60 including tip to go from starving to bursting full. This includes the soup, sushi, soda, sake, and dessert.Service is very friendly.Review edit: we have been regular customers for about a year here, and the service and food has been exceptional. Every.Single.Time. I have yet to find a sushi place that has better food and service.Review edit 2: it has been several years since we visited this place because we moved out of state. We were visiting family today and went here for the nostalgia. Prices have increased but I'm happy to report that the food is just as good and consistent as it was when I went there the first time. Bravo!

Staff was super friendly and nice. Food was okay. My husband got a tuna roll and the tuna was the color was bright pink like watermelon. I thought it was supposed to be darker purple but I could be wrong? So it just made me uneasy eating the sushi rolls. They fell apart easily and had an abundance of sauce. They did a great job seasoning the chicken and rice. The womans bathroom was okay but it was mentioned to me that the men's bathroom was not clean (we came only an hour and a half after opening). Front of restaurant has a lot of clutter which makes me wonder about the back of the house but overall we would be willing to go back and try another meal. Again, staff was over the top with service, friendly and educated. Just was hoping for a little bit more with the quality of the food.Kid-friendliness: They did have kids meals. My daughter enjoyed her chicken and rice although it was a bit peppery for her taste. Chicken was very good and we would definitely get it again. Overall I was excited it came with salad and soup so she got a little of everything.

As you enter, you are greeted by a very nice maitre d' . The restaurant is clean and cozy. Noise level is low. Wait staff is attentive and friendly. We had calamari rings, harumaki, gyoza, Vegas roll, deluxe roll, sushi bento box, naruto (?) roll. I also tried their grapefruit crush. The sushi rolls were not rolled tight so it falls apart when you pick it up. Harumaki was fried tasted like it was fried in old grease. And so were my deep fried sushi which had a taste of rancid oil. Calamari rings, gyoza and the sushi bento box were made just right. My drink was delicious! If it didnt have alcohol content, I would've ordered more of it. Overall experience was good.

My wife and I have been going to Ikebana for the better part of 10 years. The service is superb, the atmosphere is very chill, but very family oriented, and the food is the the Best Sushi this side of the Golden Gate. Try it you won’t be disappointed.
