Very rude staff. Colleague of mine was placing an order thinking it was another restaurant but was mistaken so asked for a refund. The lady over the phone, Chrissy, got belligerent and rude, and when I called back to confirm the refund. As everyone knows mistakes happen and people have bad days but as a business owner you should be able to deal with situations like that with grace instead of rudeness. I truly hope she takes this review to heart.

Was coming here with my dad when I was a kid before our weekend fishing trips. They have the absolute best staff!!! The food is just like grandma would make and they have the best bacon anywhere. The prices are amazing and the portions are more than enough to satisfy even the healthiest of appetites.

I've been hearing about Johnny's Sub Shop from others and just decided two weeks ago to give it a try. I wish I hadn't. Now, I'm addicted!! The absolute BEST Cheesesteak sub I've ever had. And the fries....OMG!!! My first visit was when I got the burger and it did NOT let me down. It was amazing as well. In the past couple of weeks, I've been at least 5 times and will continue patronizing this business.The staff are amazing and have fantastic customer service as well. Everyone is very friendly, helpful, and you are greeted with a smile. Great job Johnny's and your staff!! Keep up the good work!
