The last two times they completely got my order wrong. The first time the girl who took out order was somewhere else because my order was wrong on my receipt, 2nd time just wrong all together. The wait time is way too long for fast food.

EVERYTHING was just VERY POOR!! I asked for my items to be cooked to order, I had got food that was hard as a ROCK, dried out. The fries tasted freezer burnt. Just felt completely horrible after eating one bite. Then the drive thru lady lied right to my face when I asked was my food cooked to order because the bag was cold, Ain’t feel no type of heat from it. You got 2-3 employees switching mics then you gotta start all over. A lot of things need to be addressed, corrected, employees retrained and etc. everything going down hill here.

I live down the road from this location and dread anytime I my family decides to visit this location to give it another chance. Always a 15+ Minute wait in the drive thru, most times their "mobile app" is not working at this location when you do actually get to the window. Then, when you decide to beat the line and go inside. Just as hectic, I'm writing this as I've placed an online order and have been sitting, waiting, for 25 minutes for a sandwich. Avoid this location like the plague

This McDonald's was horrible, we waited at the drive through for over 15 minutes. When the people finally came, the order was totally wrong and we waited for another 8 minutes.

This place is the slowest McDonald's I believe! The sweet tea is unsweetened doesn't even taste right sitting in the drive thru waiting for 2 small fries cause they are slow as can be!

Heres my order 20 piece nuggets with 2 medium fries and a drink. let's start on the fries burnt and cold my dog wouldn't even eat that crap next my nuggets you could at least put sauce in the damn bag . the nuggets was cold and mushy. I ordered a Diet Coke and nothing else . They somehow got that mixed up with Dr.Pepper. When I got to the window they asked if I got the Dr.Pepper I said no Diet Coke and they handed me the cup rather fast and it said Diet Coke on there so I pulled off just to take a sip and discover it was Dr.Pepper. It literally would’ve took a minute to just give me the right soda , I needed a diet soda so now I can’t drink this.

Save yourself the trouble and find another place to eat. This is an example of a 1-star restaurant at its finest! Absolutely horrid customer service, poor management. My daughter and I stopped in for a special trip after school one day. We ordered our meal online and to save you a long story, after being there for over an hr on a Wednesday afternoon, the rude man behind the counter told me he didn't have our order and we would have to order again. No apologies, how can I make this right for you? Nothing but attitude from all workers. You're in the wrong line of work if your attitude is that bad, your customers won't return. Reached out to the corporate office for them to tell me it's handled by the individual store. Receieved a generic email from the "general manager" weeks later, not accepting any fault or offering ways to remedy the situation. Learn some kindness!!
