I recently visited McDonalds and was thoroughly impressed by their manager and staff, especially in handling difficult situations.Despite encountering some very rude and impatient customers during my visit, the staff remained composed and professional throughout and efficiently managed the crowds while ensuring that each customer was treated with respect and courtesy.What stood out to me the most was how the manager handled these challenging interactions. Instead of escalating tensions, he remained calm and focused on finding solutions to satisfy the customers' needs. Whether it was something missing from the order, or how long they were outside waiting , he demonstrated remarkable patience and dedication.In particular, I observed one instance where a customer became agitated because they didn’t get enough sauce. Rather than becoming defensive, the staff member apologized sincerely and promptly rectified the error, going above and beyond to ensure the customer left satisfied.This level of professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction speaks volumes about the values upheld. Despite the fast-paced environment, their commitment to delivering excellent service shines through, making every visit a pleasant experience. I only wish I had gotten his name.

Bad service ? it took 30 minutes to give me my food, I ordered through the window and I had to go in for my order and when I told a certain Carlos that it was too long to give me my food, he only told me that if I was not satisfied with the service that he would not return Me leaving was so disrespectful that I hope that with this review and comment the leaders or owners do something about it because otherwise they will lose customers since I will never return to that place again ????????? ?????????????

Did the mobile order, but had to go in because the line at the drive-through was long and blocked the spaces, and I still had to wait 10 minutes. After I walled in, they are so unorganized its a hot mess. A man was at the counter to order, and nobody took his order, so he left not the first time this had happened. The manager works harder than the workers doParking: If there's a line in the drive thru, you can't park where they bring your order out because it's blocked

DO NOT recommend getting doordash from here. Everytime i get an order from here it takes 20 minutes past the pick up time that I'm supposed to get it. This one order was only a 10 piece nugget and medium fry, took them 20 minutes to make. So much for FAST food. Like other reviews say as well they worry more about the drive thru than anyone else. Doordash or regular customers. I'm already on a time limit as is & this affects my ratings

I just watched literally 15 people go through the drive thru and get their giant bags of food before me after I had already ordered when I only got two items off the 2 for 3.99 menu. I go to McDonald's almost everyday for lunch at different locations and the longest I've ever waited was maybe 5 to 10 minutes. This visit took me 15 additional minutes waiting after the time took ordering and when I got my food it wasn't hot or fresh. My assumption is that my food was done inside but they simply took their time having someone run it to my car after choosing to park me. I literally spend over a thousand dollars a year on lunches at Mcdonald but this location won't ever have to worry about me coming again.

They never get your order right.Not sure if it’s just breakfast but that’s when I go.Of the 10 times I went, 8 orders were either missing items or were just wrong altogether.Then when you go in because they missed putting a sauce packet in your bag, they try to charge to $0.25 for “extra sauce” even after you explained you never got it in the first place. Twice that’s happened.If there’s one thing you can count on at this location, it’s that they’re consistently bad at checking orders.
