I have been a fan of Moe's for many years. I love the food, however the service at this location on my last visit was unsatisfactory. I understand that it was multiple orders and are 8pm, but the young lady preparing the food was not friendly and the cashier had an attitude. They will get one more chance to do right before I stop going to this location.

I stopped by for a late lunch or a early dinner . The staff was friendly but that is about the only thing good about this place . I ordered a bowl . The food was only luke warm and you could tell it had been sitting there a while and the food on a steam table were not up to temps so bacteria will start on foods not kept up to temps and you could tell that the food had been sitting so the hold time were prob well past due but good flavor for warm food . I got my order to eat in WELL there was not one clean table in the place yet only one other customer in the building . There was trash on the floor and under tables so I look over and there it is social media is more important then customer service . There was no ice in the one soda machine that was working the other soda machine was down trash all over the counter where you get your sauces the place was just plain filthy it is a shame I like moe's but i will not be going back here or recommend it to anyone

They closed an hour early on Saturday at 8pm which according to the time posted on line and on the front door said they close at 9pm on Saturdays. When i asked if they were open because the diner area chairs were stacked on the tables 3 out of the 3 staff members that were viable acted like they didn't hear my question. Then after asking 4 times one of them said yes with an attitude. I do not recommend this place.

Food was mediocre. Definitely on the bottom end of Mexican food chains. We were there about 30 minutes to close. They wrapped up all the sauces without asking if we needed any before taking them away. They started using cleaner around us as we ate ( Not directly by us) but close enough you could smell the cleaner. The atmosphere was worn, just not what I was hoping for. Not saying I'll never go back- but would be only if I had no other choices!

This place is probably a tick above gross. Admittedly, I purposely didn't look close behind the plexiglass so it might not be as good as I think. Ordering anything other than straight down the line is a hassle. The food tasted good but the chicken seemed like it could/should have been warmer. A certain percentage of the chips were soggy and others stale. The salsa bar was unappealing. And, there was an apparent water leak that no one spent any time trying either fix or just keep it from running out onto the floor.

The workers were extremely friendly, and went the extra mile to ask if we had a long day (which we had, showing up after a full day of work pretty close to the stores closing.) The positive and uplifting environment we experienced was one that will make us choose Moe’s over a lot of other dining options in the future.

It's Boo-Rito season ;-) Spooky season is upon us and I was happy to see Moe's get into the festivities. It lightened the mood in the entire place for sure, BUT it is a bit early - I wonder if this skeleton came to eat and decided to stay a while!! Maybe unrelated to Spooky season....See my picture - on the upside, if you come alone, you can always sit with Mr. Spooky....This location was quick and fresh! You always have a choice for your burrito but I feel like Moe's blanco queso is top-tier among all the burrito spots. This sets it apart - in a category of its own. Also, add in the fact they offer seasoned rice, it has a more "authentic" feel.If you prefer veggies only - they have rice, beans (protein), corn, onion/pepper mix, also fresh white onions, black olives, lettuce, fresh cilantro, and a little jalapeno to kick up the flavor a notch. Thats how I do it : - )
