Troy was one of the best workers there,and I mean communicates while working giving you reassurance that your order is being prepped as fast as humanly possible then the pizza bang!!Give that man a bonus with a vacation.

Never bad food. Love the apps, pizza, and desserts. Good options and variety to stay relevant amongst other chains. The staff has always been unprofessional when I’ve come to pick up, but kind when they talk to me. The drivers are always great when shopping delivery. Small storefront, definitely only for carry out or no delivery, no option for dine in unless you want to use sweet frogs picnic tables out in the grass LMAOParking: Parking sucks with so many different places in the lot. Ulta and sweet frog can both get busy.

Ordered 2 pizzas, breadsticks and 2liter Lady on the phone required a delivery tip before the delivery was even brought to my house on top of that their boxes have quality seals on them and both seals on my two pizzas were peeled up when I got them And instead of giving me the garlic Parmesan breadsticks I asked for they gave me breadsticks with no Parmesan or garlic on them it was just plain baked dough

I purchased 8 pizzas here for some customers. I called right at 11:00, they answered the phone right away. The employee was polite and helpful. He even carried the pizzas out to my truck for me. Pizza was hit fresh and delicious. I will use again.

Delivery drive disgustingly rude! Demanding tip before even giving food! Planning to tip with cash once he got here. Left 92 cent tip on card to make transaction even on card. Drive proceeds to go into his own wallet hands me a dollar bill which I'm assuming was to pay back for the 92 cent tip on the card! Called store and was told they were sorry for the interaction and that from now on they will send door dash to deliver the order! Pizza was very good but customer service could improve!

Took forever to get my pizza. But once I got it, it was super delicious.
I went in there& stood inside for about 10 minutes while all employees just looked at me. no greeting. no nothing. delivery drivers were coming and going. finally after a few more minutes went by someone on the line said there is someone up front& the other person said i know, but still nobody addressed me. i even called the establishment while waiting at the counter& all employees looked at the phone but nobody answered.

Pizza was very much lacking the sauce. Could not see evidence of any kind of sauce on the pizza. All you could see & taste was cheese and pepperoni. Are you rationing the sauce now??!!! Not a good experience. Will take a break from this operation for a while!

Fast and Friendly delivery, not sure who came up with the cinnamon pull aparts, but it’s a home run! I don’t even do papa johns often but I had a very good experience today!

I ordered online and it said it would be ready in 14-24 minutes. I went inside after around 25 min and it wasn't ready. There was a black girl with a pony tail and glasses and she was working hard, extra hard considering she was the only person doing anything. There was initially only one person other than her in there, a guy wearing a camo jacket who I think was the delivery guy. He was rude, lazy, and kept muttering to himself how he hated being there. Ten more minutes passed and then several more employees show up. An older guy who seemed to actually take some pride in his work, and three others who looked like they were cherry picked from a suboxone clinic. I asked one of the recovering addicts if my order was ready and he said ten more minutes. Twenty minutes later I waved down another one of them and after he pulled out his headphones so he could actually hear me, he handed me my pizza which had been sitting on a shelf for God knows how long. I gave two stars for the two people in there who are hard working and actually take pride in their jobs.
