Its pretty typical for the most part.... They have messed up my order a few times!! They gave me the spicy chicken ehen i was feeding 2 children!!! And they always, always mess up the sides u want!! So be very careful of that!!!

Food was hot and fresh out the grease. Service was good in drive thru. Had to be pulled up because I had to wait for the shrimp to be cooked and was waiting on spicy chicken which was fine the only negative thing is that it was mold on my biscuit I went 1/5/24
French fries were cold and old. Other then that, the chicken was delicious!

No Nonsense
Food is usually fresh & good but for some reason they are stingy on the mashed potatoes and gravy and it’s annoying. They barely add gravy and this time my mashed potatoes weren’t even full. It’s one of my favorite sides & this food is too expensive for this. My pictures show what I was served and after I mixed the gravy. It basically just moistened the potatoes. Gravy is supposed to be extra & we should taste it. The last time I asked for more gravy they wanted to charge me for it. I might just find my own recipe and stick to the fries or here.

Here is the issue with this place...they cannot get an order right. Twice I have ordered online and twice it has been wrong. This does not include the countless times my order is wrong going through drive-thru. I ordered two orders of 6 piece ghost pepper wings, and what I got was one order of regular wings and one order of sweet and spicy. How is this happening? It's like the same people in Salisbury jump from business to business messing this stuff up. There was nobody else in line, and nobody at the counter. YET, my order was wrong. The people you hire at a business can make or break it, and it's my opinion that the workforce is tearing these businesses down. So, in fairness, I didn't want to go back to have it corrected, but I shouldn't have to... people trust you to get it right. This place deserves two stars and two only... not because the food is bad but because customer service does not exist. If you dine or order in your experience may be better. This was my experience! Good Luck!!

This is the best Popeyes restaurant in Maryland or Delaware. I've never been parked and the food is always ready and tastes great. Employees are always kind and professional here. Also, I love how they always take the time to put that lil wrapper paper on my sandwich before putting in the sandwich bag. ❤️
