My wife and I went to Red Door sub shop today. We ordered two large Italian subs a small bag of chips and two small drink's ( one was water ) Our bill was $53.46 and this was the nastiest sub we have ever eaten. Before leaving I told the cashier those subs were awful. I also said the price was ridiculous. I have to admit I never paid attention to the price on the menu but I also would never believe the subs were that expensive. My wife and I will never go there again. We should have went to Olive Garden. This would have been much cheaper.

I’m a wing aficionado and I must say these were by far the BEST EVER! Exemplary! Nice and fat, cooked to perfection and the sauce (mild) was divine. I’ll be back! Don’t forget the bluecheese, super good. ??

Lived in Salisbury during high school/college and have eaten at (Jacks) Red Door since the early 80's. Always a giant sub and great value for the money (both cold cut and steak and cheese). I have lived in the DMV for many years, but go out of my way to get off the expressway every time I go to OC just to stash one of their fat cold cut subs in my cooler (so I can have something tasty and filling to eat on the beach after a few beers). This year? Stopped and was majorly disappointed. Shrinkflation has hit Red Door and they even raised the prices. Got a large cold cut and it felt light as soon as I picked it up (probably had at least 1/3 less meat as before). Drove over for the SU game on Friday 9/2 and ordered a large cheese steak for my wife and me. Same thing. I'm sure your costs have gone up, but you have lost a life long customer and I will not be taking the time to stop here going forward..

Our onion rings were soggy and smashed and falling apart. Cheesesteaks were dry as all hell and over cooked. Funny though the cheese wasn’t melted it. We tried to eat them but just didn’t taste good at all. Though it all away. We will never order from here again.

My order was delivered missing the cheese sauce and ranch dressing for my wings. I called the store while the driver was still here. I waited over 30 minutes for the driver to bring my Missing items back until i called the store and asked for my money to be returned. I spoke with the manager and he was just nonchalant about the whole situation Red door will not get my business I'm pretty sure that why I had stopped ordering from them before. Horrible customer service.

Don’t waste your money on this place! Spent 30$ on two cheesesteaks and was the worst ever! No meat in them! Half of my sub was just bread! Very disappointed!

Subs were good but $35 for 2 subs (no sides, drinks) is ridiculous.
Quality of the food definitely went down. We asked for thin crust on the pizza, they gave us thick crust that tasted like bread and was soggy, the topping was falling all over the place, there was too much sauce and not enough cheese.

I ordered chef salad today and asked for 2 rasp vinaigrette dressing because when you order it says max 2. When I picked up the girl said we are told you only get one must pay .89 cents for 2nd pack. I told her when I ordered it online it states maximum of 2. This is a large size salad and cost 9.00 so should come with two dressings. Contacted management and they said I should have paid for extra dressing. I said take it from my generous $3.00 tip. I have had many issues in the past and will not return and by the looks of reviews on Yelp I can see why their parking lot is dead.

Very disappointed today, when I order a hot sub (cheese steak) the only thing that was hot was myself when I got home, I ordered extra cheese and it hadn't even melted it was still in the same state as it was just sliced I called @ 4:54 to order, and called back before I got there to add fried onions @ 5:06 it was too late so they were put the side, and that was the only item had some heat to it which tells me the steak never got heated or steamed thus unmelted and cold cheese and steak,I had a taste for either a 5 guys burger or a red door cheesesteak, next time my choice will be different, I called back a third time to ask for a manager put on hold and then told they had no manager on duty and ask if wanted to leave a message to which my response was like he or she would really get it? So a male voice got on the line an ask if I wanted them to remake it, NO! I don't nor do I want something free!! I want you to understand how disappointed as a customer I am,an hope you do better for the next customer, an have a nice weekend,

I used to order from this place alot some years ago and enjoyed their food but the last few times the food has been some of the worse. Mozzarella sticks.that are cooked so long all the cheese is gone from inside, subs that are soaking wet by the time you get them. Bread is so soggy I can't even eat it. Tonight though my wife and I really wanted a meatball sub. My wife said she didn't think they could mess that up so we ordered. The subs came and were scorched...the taste of their oven was all you could taste on the sub. There was 4 meatballs on a 12 inch sub and my wife said they tasted like burnt Salisbury steak and I agree. It's a shame because I really used to order from here alot and enjoyed their food. Don't waste your money.

It had been a year since I last ordered here due to being disappointed with the cheeseburger sub I could hammer nails with but beings how it had been a while we decided to give it another try.. Tonight we received 2 meatball subs we couldn’t even eat. Bread was so hard and burnt, cheese was scorched and the whole thing tasted like the bottom of an oven. You could smell the scorched stench the moment you open the box. Never again. Don’t waste your money. I honestly don’t even know how they are even in business with how nasty the food is.
