The salads are always great at Salad Works, but the friendliness of the staff is not, no smile at all. I come in with a great attitude, but it's not reciprocated. But for the most part, like a said beforehand, the salads are great!

My family ate at this location last August. At that time, I did not give a review. I appreciated the lunch that we ate during our vacation. The people that took our order did a great job explaining everything so that we received the most for our meal money. We're from Upstate New York. If we are in Salibury, Maryland again we will return to eat another meal.

Complete lack of service probably the rudest experience I’ve had in a while I recommend going to Jersey Mike’s next-door where they’re actually friendly to their customers

Service and food were great. Ate an early lunch at about 11:50 am. I ordered the half and half - 1/2Avocado Cobb salad and 1/2 tomato mozzarella panini. The salad was fresh and the avocado was scooped fresh as well. The panini was excellent and it was nice to have the salad while we waited for the paninis. We sat outside and they served the paninis, hot to us when ready. I saw some previous reviews on poor service which i didn't find to be true.

We arrived 20 minutes before your closing time of 8pm and were given eye rolls when we walked in. The staff was unpleasant and were already packing up ingredients. Which left us limited choices for what we could order. There was so little lettuce on our salad that I'm not sure it could really be called a salad. We were rushed through our order and forced to take it with us. They weren't even going to give us the rolls. I am highly dissatisfied with the service and we will go to Panera next time.

They were already packing ingredients up so we were limited to the choices we could make. There was so little lettuce on the salad that I don't knew if it could really be called a salad. If you're going to close at 7:30, then your sign should reflect that. We will not be returning.

I'm trying to eat more leafy greens and eating a salad for lunch each day. I ordered the "Southwest Chipotle Ranch" one of the signature salads at Saladworks (420 calories). What makes this salad is all the toppings the avocado, charred corn, beans, tomatoes, pepper jack cheese, and tortilla chips. The salad was fresh, flavorful, and satisfying. My only contention is that the small ramekin of dressing doesn't yield enough for the salad, and the blend of iceberg and romaine lettuce for the price of $13.99, when essentially "Salad Works" is a fast-food chain. IJS
