If you want Starbucks DO NOT DOORDASH from this location. I was in the store for 20+ minutes for one order that was only two drinks. Customers that came in wayyy after me had already left. These girls in this store DO NOT CARE about doordash. This isn't their first time doing this to me, this happens everytime I pick up from here. I know they get the order way ahead of my arrival. THIS NEEDS TO BE FIXED ITS RIDICULOUS. I get bad ratings thanks to these people, over something that is out of my control. Thank you so much Starbucks.

First of all, I ordered the Sumatra and then asked the girl the name of the largest coffee because I forget it off hand. She then asks the girl next to her, "is the Samatra a blonde or a dark roast"? That wasn't my question! But really? She doesn't know her coffee's? Anyway, another girl gave me my coffee and it was COLD! I have visited many Starbucks in my travels and not once has this happened! But the worst thing, they didn't even apologize! Then I had to wait for them to brew more coffee! Their attitudes stunk. The whole atmosphere was one of the worst Starbucks I have ever been in!!!

Pulled up to order. Sat there - didn’t hear anyone, so I pulled up to the window, only for the girl at the window to tell me I needed to pull back around and wait in the line again. I told her no I would not and she gave me an attitude and said she had customers to wait on - I AM A CUSTOMER. I have 300+ starbucks points and spend a ton of money here and you mean to tell me you couldn’t take my order at the window? Horrible customer service. I went to Rise Up instead.

My wife asked for regular coffee with steam cream. She came back to car and she is saying this Starbucks never make my coffee right! I took the coffee inside and asked for supervisor. I am asking her is this coffee has a steam cream in it?! I am of course frustrated because she says yes it has steam cream in it! She doesn’t ask the person first who make this coffee. I drink coffee every day in the morning and I am a Starbucks customer. I was a bartender at restaurant too. I told her make a steam cream for me first and show it to me before to add it to my coffee. She keeps saying that I need to come down and I do that and I have to leave after that! She doesn’t solve the issue and keep escalating my frustration and doesn’t know how she should solve the issues!! She made a steam cream and I said okay that is steam cream. Steam cream goes on top. She said that here we put a steam cream first in the cup! She just want to say that she is right! Okay lady you are right but you don’t deserve to be a manager at this place! You didn’t figure the situation first what is happening and you escalated my frustration with your customer service. Here what I handle the situation! I will say I am sorry. I will make you another coffee with steam cream and will ask the person if he or she put a steam cream in my coffee.Not good start for our day!!

I want to commend Christian who assisted me yesterday which was Friday the 29th. My car broke down in the drive-through at Starbucks. She was very kind and helpful brought me up. My coffee did not charge me but I spent half my night waiting for a tow truck to come get my car she come out and check on me to see how I was doing. The kindness that she showed me was amazing as usually my Starbucks that I stopped out to get a coffee to drink after work, but that was my favorite Starbucks and I wanna always go there with a kind gesture, and some of the customers always came by to check on me as well to try to help me out there is still kindness in this world thank you Christian for everything and everyone else she tried to help me that day

We're at this location and we're from out of town. We stayed in Salisbury because we worked the festival in ocean city. We've never been here before and are headed back to the airport in Philly and decided to stop for some coffees because why not and because we're Starbucks lovers! Christien specifically had a passive aggressive attitude with us for no obvious reason and our entire experience at this location was tainted because of it. We are also in the service industry and in customer service who work just around the same 60/70 hours that he had to tell us he works a week... getting the drinks also took quite a while so I genuinely don't recommend this location and just wanted to let everyone know about this stores service!

The slowest humans ever! And with a stinky attitude! If you work and need your coffee before work keep driving. This is the second time I ordered a black pike, nothing fancy, and I waited for over20 mins before I decided to leave without the coffee. I paid and gave them a tip and no coffee! Last time I will attempt to drink Starbucks in the Peninsula. I just moved from DC and was a Starbucks user since the 90s but I am divorcing Startbucks sooooo disappointed

I ordered a few drinks to go. While being at the counter the gentleman taking my order who seems to be the manager had an attitude like if I was a bother to him. Then the lady making my drink was not happy at the fact that I get my drink a certain way which might have been a little to much for a barista apparently. Then to top it off I order 2 VENTI drinks and I got 2 venti cups with GRANDE portions. I don’t appreciate the fact that I spent almost $20 on drinks and your customer service sucks, and you have me smaller portions than what I paid for.if I was allowed to do 0 stars I would’ve!
