First off the delivery was 20 minutes Early. Mozz sticks were great as was the rest of the order. Wish I had a picture of the Western Cheesesteak ....so much meat! Pizza Steak was just as yummy. Bread pudding,Best ever from the lady in my life.Top notch part was all container were taped( marinara and pudding)

So I ordered a delivery and honestly how hard is to make a cheeseburger with lettuce tomato pickles fried onions and ketchup. What i got was a cheeseburger with just fried onions on it. So I called immediately and a person who didn't even tell me their name and I told her my problem. She ok hold on. So I'm guessing that the next person that came on the line was the manager don't know bc she didn't tell me her name either. I told her my problem she asked me to verify my phone number and proceeded to tell me she will resend it when she gets a driver and from start to finish it took a hr to get my food and now another 37 minutes to get the remake finally my food

The subs here are LITERALLY the best in Salisbury. Since finding out about Sub Runners, I have ate there almost weekly. The subs are consistently fresh and delicious. I would definitely recommend if you are looking to get a good sub around Salisbury.

What in the world is going on here?? Used to have good food. The last couple times food has tasted old and cheese sauce burnt with burned chunks in it?. Service has went down as well. EXTREMELY rude delivery person. And don't bother calling and saying anything. They definitely don't care about the quality of food or the service you received. Shameful. Give us back the old subrunners. This one sucks!!!

Well God was with us on this one anyone knows that I don't sit in your store if it's not 4.4 or above but I was hungary and I needed a quick bit so my people this place was legit on everything the Manager was friendly he is open to feed back ..now for the food I had a iltalian sub it's well oiled and fresh ingredients and the bread was fresh I don't know why this place isn't a little higher but I will boost it here ...buen provecho and good job guys

I decided that I missed the food here and tried again after recieving horrible service in the past. Not only was I on hold for almost 20 minutes after calling back from being on hold for 15 minutes. I was hung up on. This place was always one of my favorites but the service makes me not even wanna come here anymore.

My first time coming here in over 35 years. The Service was excellent and so was the hoagies we ordered. The prices were very reasonable for the sizes of our hoagies. They used very fresh ingredients which always makes for a good tasting sandwich. If you're in the area please pay them a visit. You won't be disappointed.
