My sub was mediocre. It was toasted but still ended up soggy. The bread looked awful but they had the food lid up making my sub so I couldn't even see anything until i had gone home. At least I had a coupon to make it $7 and not nearly $15 which is ridiculous. Even with the coupons they send out I think I'm done coming here.

Ya’ll do your online customers wrong. My daughter ordered two subs with like six toppings. Our subs came looking all skinny and feeling light. We opened our subs and there was BARELY any lettuce, which makes the sub in my opinion. We also ordered spinach on the sub, and that wasn’t even on it. I called to complain, and got an excuse saying they are only allowed to put a certain amount of each toppings on a sub. But it’s the same way from when you go into the store to order and my subs get way more toppings than this. If I’m spending extra on services fee’s and delivery fee’s, online customers should get the same respect as someone going into the store to order.

Always out of something. Went today to get a chicken teriyaki and was told they didn't have any teriyaki sauce.

Both times I placed a pick up order for a BMT. I get home and the first time they forget the ham. I figured thing's happen so, decided to order again a few weeks later. This time they forget the salami. It's not difficult considering the menu board tells you what comes on it. Both of these days happened to be a Sunday.

when I talk about this subway location with other people, we only have bad things to say. my biggest complaint is how this location is always out of something. be it a type of bread, tomatoes, onions, or a sauce, whoever does inventory does it really poorly. other people relate over the long wait times. I agree, but to other people, taking 20+ minutes to help 3 customers is the reason some people avoid this location. you would do well to retrain your inventory person, and try to emphasize a fast, speedy service. not a rude and slow one.

I ordered the cheese steak with bacon the specialty you could barley see the steak it was bread sweet peppers may 3 peppers I did not get the special SAUCE 3 3ONIONS IDID NOT WANT TOMATOES BASICALLY I SERVERD roll 1 strip of bacon mayo 3 slices of onions 3 pieces of pickle and that was nine dollars and the big tall Man seemed disappointed I did not give a tip it was compared to 1 half of steakum spread out there is noway the cost was nine dollars I isaw the 2workers laughingl the joke was on me that was frist and last time I get robbed by this company. IhVe never had a steak sub any where I have ever bee and I eat out lot. I fell like I was taken advantage of near play abowl and dollars general and salisbury state college high way robbery. I gave the atmosphere a5 because it 2 workers 1person other than my self so there was no reason for the bread to fall apart because I had more roll than anything I would been more upset if I had got the 14 dollar sub so I went home turned around and ordered from another place the same night what company would allow customers to be treated that way I deserve an opoloigy for being robbed by worker and it should be made correct who wants asub to fall apart that was not cheese steak at all no place ihave been shore have I ever had a cheese steak like the one I received for 9 Dollars and some change absolutely no where maybe it was done because iam elderly wich is even worse to treat seniors that way peiord. I could taste the cheese and bacon sad time this is on the eastern shore.

Absolutely terrible!! placed an online order which was ready for 12:05, arrived at 12:10 and they stated that it was going to be atleast a 15 minute wait. The staff was turning customers away, then bitching about them when they left. Then they made a walk in order while I was still waiting 15 minutes past my order pick up time. When I got home I discovered that they made the completely wrong sandwiches. Left off toppings that were ordered, put on the wrong cheese. They didn't even toast the sub for my pregnant wife like ordered. I called to ask for a refund and they said that I needed to bring in the subs to verify that they were wrong.

Out of Italian herb and cheese bread and placed a order online 30 mins before I get there not ready and a receipt sitting there and it my order they are just sitting down and talking lazy
