The food was amazing service was just as good the restaurant is very fancy and modern looking however it’s missing one thing. The peopleeee this place needs some traction so it seems and I don’t see why it doesn’t have it. Come to Taylor’s for a good dinner.
I had a house burger, it was probably the best burger I’ve had in town, got the homemade applesauce which was also good. Great portions and good price!

It’s a nice place and the staff is friendly… I won’t go back though the food was pretty bad. The brisket was ok. The pulled pork was awful. The meat was cooked well but the sauce they used was not good and they put way too much on it. The pulled chicken was bland. The sides were fine. It was also way overpriced…. Fine dining prices for mediocre at best bbq. I was really disappointed BBQ is hands down my favorite food I was so excited to get to try it out. Huge disappointment… look at the picture that’s nots what bbq looks like….

Their burnt ends are fabulous, but eat 'em while they're fresh. Don't expect to take 'em home, warm 'em up and still be melt-in-mouth good. Love their toasted wet cornbread (cornpone). Delish ribs, great sauce. Friendly, helpful service. Nice new building/location, but could use some means of tamping down the echo and preventing draftiness. Feels a little like I'm in a tin can... noisy when crowded.

We had a group of 20 with a 2 year old. We called ahead, and they set us up, all together, in the back. It was nice. We were a large group, which tends to be hindering to other guests, but we were out of the way but not isolated. Our waitress was on the ball. Drinks and appetizers were brought very quickly. The baby's food came with the apps. The food was hot, the portions were large, all of our orders were correct, and there were no lengthy waits for anything. To the best of my knowledge, we only had one waitress, Shannon(according to the receipt). There may have been another waitress that brought out food with her or a drink or two, but I'm pretty sure it was just her. Even more so to her credit, although the baby was very well behaved, no crying, stayed in his chair the entire time, ate all of his food(except what he dropped on the floor). He did drop about seven forks. She was right there to replace them, most times picked them up before one of us could get to it. If you like Southern BBQ, this is the joint. They do not have fried pickles though.Kid-friendliness: Have high chair and kid menus. Good selection for them and all of the entrees come with either fries or mac and cheese, and a fruit cup.
They need to bring back the way Taylor’s use to be and everything they served then. All the favorites are no longer on the menu or they make it cheaper but you spend way more. The salads are nothing like they use to have. No desserts like they use to have. What’s up with the chicken salad ??? I get their new location is right near college but to change the whole vibe of what Taylor’s was- not a good thing
