By far the worst Wendy's, I've ever been to the lady working to drive through fat. Blond-haired rat hood rat girl extremely disrespectful threw my chicken nuggets at me. They went all over my car. Gave me the wrong food, said it's not her problem. She didn't make it. Do I wanna refund or do I wanna take the food? She gave me. Extremely ignorant, poor smokin, poorly mannered unprofessional. I also went in 2 days prior than today. The place was a disaster. Somebody took a poop in the stand up urinal. How much disturbing thing i've ever seen

The management team at the North Salisbury Wendy’s sucks they’re lazy and they don’t wanna work last time. I took them 30 minutes to take our order this time we pull up and the doors are locked but says Card only inside they are so lazy it’s ridiculous and rude!

The phone at both salisbury locations arwnt working and the app doesnt tell you that something is out of stock it really sucks cause I ordered an Orange Shake and they gave me chocolate because the Orange was out of stock and I felt like I wasted my money cause they couldnt give me a refund neither and I didn't eat the chocolate cause I don't like it

Tried a Cobb salad, and the new orange Frosty. Dining mate had a single Dave [burger] along with one of the new Frosty. Salad came w/ranch dressing. Food was tasty, but both of us said we would still prefer the chocolate Frosty. Establishment was clean, and the staff were courteous.Wheelchair accessibility: Accessible, but a little awkward.

Everytime I go to this Wendy’s my experience has been horrible. Tonight I go there the only thing that was good was my drink and my fries. The service was actually good for a first but the food is disgusting. Everytime I order a burger it’s old dry and just bad looking. I don’t know what kind of management they have but at this point I don’t see what keeps them open. No one should be allowed to sale old patties. The burger so hard I could throw it at someone’s forehead and give them a lump. Feels like a piece of charcoal. It’s a disgrace how people run a business now.

My biggest issue was how dirty and nasty the ladies room was. Paper all over the floor. Toilets had rings in them that could be scrubbed. Floor definitely needed washing. Ketchup containers were opened from the top and looked as if they hadn't been cleaned in a week or longer. Ketchup wouldn't even come out and 2 tiny containers for the Ketchup in the area designated for many more

Food may be good but they close half hour prior to hours posted. I ordered a milkshake and after paying on a previous visit I was told I could come get it another day. The cashier didn't know how to give refunds and were too short handed for anyone to help. So all that being said---I get no food tonight half an hour before closing because they are closed. I also still don't get my milkshake. Burger King, here I come. I think I'll take a Whopper!!!
If you ever need an eleven dollar hammer just order one of their burgers. The bun was rock hard and bone dry. The burger was a sloppy mess as usual, no complaints about what was in between the buns. Fries were almost warm and after repeating my order 3 times the guy taking the order missed the taco salad. 20 minutes after consuming this I found myself speeding towards home in hopes of not leaving a nasty smell and brown stain on my car seat. Next time I'm in need of a hammer and laxative combo I know right where to get it.

Wendy's food is pretty good for fast food. The service is meh. They are definitely geared towards getting the drive thru taken care of as quickly as possible and neglecting the customers that actually venture inside. Be prepared to wait and feel like they forgot you. They do not staff the front counter so it's the drive thru runner that will eventually take and fill your order. Again food is pretty good soooo if you aren't in the mood to wait go through the drive thru. Ohhhh don't even think about ordering the baked potato, they never have any.
