I just left Wendy’s across from SU where I ordered 4 $5 bags. The person on the speaker had an attitude after I declined whatever sandwich they were pushing today. They had me pull up to the black little gate to wait for my order. A really nice girl brought the order out. I peeked in the 2 bags for the 4 $5 bags and went home thinking everything was all good. There is a young man who works here idk his name but I'll update this post. He is very polite kind and when he noticed the kitchen staff messing around with mt order and off task he was quick to ensure my food was correct. I realized that day it was his bday and went back a few days ago and he was working again. The only one not laughing and joking around and playing around. Once I return and get his name I will 100% include it here as he definitely cares about customer service...read full review
