I can only say that I waited way to long for a QPC medium meal.More than 20 minutes on my break.This meal was ordered threw the app.I ended up going inside to retrieve my food and my sandwich is just sitting on the side in a bag. My medium fries were missing so I had to wait even longer. I soon visited 5 more times and my experience was a thousand times better so I give a 5

Torn, because the actual human employees here were great and kind and empathetic, and they did their best in a difficult situation.But the McDonald’s app (which usually works well!) was a nightmare of errors this time, beginning with when I gave them my curbside number (“there’s been an error, please come inside to the counter”) to manager having no record of my mobile order, to having to re-enter my complicated order (kids are picky eaters) on the inside kiosk ordering...read full review
