I have ordered from Dunkin Donuts in Severna Park, Maryland 6 times in the last 2 to 3 months and all but one time my order has been wrong. 1. Missing a third of the order 2. They made the wrong drink 3. They put cheese on my order which was specifically requested to be left off. 4. They were missing half the order. 5. They actually got this one right. 6. They put things in my order that are even printed on my receipt to leave off. Next to cheese it says none. An this one I ordered through doordash so it cost me $19 for their screw up. The employees as this location are not paying attention at all. If you are allergic to dairy and want a company to give you what you ordered, this place is not it. Six tries is more then any store deserves, to get an order right. Don't waste your time at this location, it's more headache then its worth and the Pasadena, MD store on Ritchie HWY has done an amazing job every time I'm there. I'm so beyond frustrated with Severna Park's store that I just tried to call to speak with a manager and the store doesn't even have a connected phone number. The one on their website says disconnected. I've lost too much time and effort and now yet again, I have to drive back to the store and get them to fix their mistake. Terrible. We have tried to get sundaes at this location several times only to find the advertised flavors we wanted were not available. This time we settled for our third flavor choice for our hot fudge sundaes. Unfortunately, they must have been out of hot fudge as our ice cream was covered with a disgusting, waxy, hard chocolate shell. Attempts, done!

Great DD, drove from Annapolis to Severna Park passing two DD on the way. Best DD around from iced coffee to the cappuccino blast. Employees are a 10 in my book. Very polite and friendly.

Drove all the way here after Cape didn't have cookies and cream to make the ONE thing I want and am craving. The Oreo sundae. I was informed they'd be able to do it even if not on the menu at severna park. NOPE. The young kids working wouldn't even have a clue on how to just whip something up similar. How hard is it to do cookies and cream, Oreo crumble, hot fudge and whipped cream? Obviously very hard for them and since it's not on their menu they won't do it. I left in tears not be able to fulfill my pregnancy craving.
The female manager at this location is terrible. Rarely makes my coffee correctly. Today she said the espresso machine was down. All of them??? At Dunkin? Yea ok. Get a new manager or i wont be back

We just got icing on the cake scoop of ice cream and it is delicious. Def would get this flavor again. Has chunks of sprinkles, cake batter, icing. The chunks of icing in the ice cream are huge so prefer a little smaller but the name infers it's going to be lots of icing. Service was good.

This is the go to place for ice cream !! The location is great, parking is adequate, there's a drive-through, and inside is nice to sit and have your ice cream! Not a lot of seating though , but their customer service is really great!!
