Literally the worst chipotle in the area by far. Corporate needs to come in and REPLACE management. Every time I’ve been in the past year or so they are out of at least 1 thing I came in today 3 hours before they close and they are serving plain rice no cilantro or anything else in it also out of tomatoes guac chips and fajita vegetables and most of the rest of the toppings are near empty then they tell me when I ask them about it I need to come in earlier if I want choice of all the toppings but your open for another 3 hours make that make sense a few years ago you never went past the place and didn’t see a long line out the door now it’s no wonder the place is always dead

Extremely underprepared for 8pm on a Saturday night. I was in line and had a chicken bowl and a double steak burrito being prepared when I hear the customer in front of me asking for pico first followed by guacamole and being told that they were out. Since I will not be paying the same price without compensation for missing ingredients I left and that food that was being prepared went to waste. I’m wondering how the manager on duty was so out of touch that improper preparation/stocking led to food waste.

If I could give less than a 1 star, I would. Ordered a burrito bowl with most of the toppings they offer. As well as chips and guacamole. Upon getting home, opening my bowl, there were majority of ingredients that were not in my bowl, if they did put any is was far and between. I would say the bowl was 90% rice. Very displeasing. Protein was non existentent. Did not include my chips that I ordered. Will not return to this location.

I love Chipotles but tonight it was horrible The guy was nice at the counter That's why I'm surprised my food was so terrible . I ordered a steak bowl online and I wanted extra cheese and extra lettuce I barely got any of that or any toppings at all also the rice was hard it wasn't cooked all the way. I've been seeing this place struggle for a while now it shows poor management. I won't be returning here!

We enjoy Chipotle a couple of times a week. When visiting during the day, the staff is awesome and always takes great care of us. When visiting during the evening the staff is good but sometimes really working hard, at or slightly above capacity, to fill a lot of orders. We've experienced issues with the app a couple times over the years but that isn't the stores fault, they handle the orders as best they can to make things right. Either way, we show patience and compassion and usually receive the same in return. Well done SP Chipotle, thank you for the delicious food!
Ive had completely different experiences all depending if I am ordering pick up or ordering at the restaurant. The last 3 times I use pick up, the food is awful. Rice is crunchy and super salty, Steak is extremely overcooked and chared, and the guac is bland. When I order at the restaurant, staff is great and the food is prepared well. Im not sure if the “to-go” food is made by someone else but the difference is very apparent.

The staff here are truly incompetent. They very often get my order wrong and I have to go up there and have them fix it. It’s so easy to get an order right, literally the receipt and the sticker you put on the bowl SAYS what should be in the order. This is really a simple job and it amazes me how these people can manage to mess it up so bad. You need to train your employees better because this is absolutely horrible service.
