I could not get the self check out to accept my member rewards for Duncan to scan to get my $2 medium coffee. The young man rang up from theirvregister ; and then we wanted the getting medium coffee get a donut for a dollar but because he had seen me struggling with a self checkout for like a while he went ahead I think his assistant manager said he could and gave me the donut on the house that was very kind!Dietary restrictions: Offer more gluten-free bread and donuts and dairy-free cheese options

We love this Dunkin !!! Sure , maybe they have a small tiny parking lot but the staff actively doing their job makes the drive thru take 5min tops, with maybe 10min on a busy day when there are cars out on Ritchie . Superb customer service , && my coffee is ALWAYS on point and never screwed up . Thank you Dunkin for all the amazing starts to my day with your delicious iced coffees ?

Came here to get donuts with my kids. The gentleman who rang us up was quick, efficient, very friendly and sweet, made sure to ask if I wanted anything after my kids ordered. No wait, restaurant was clean and had a good selection of donuts.
Starting charging $1 for a pup cup (a small cup with whip cream in it for your dogs). 90% of the time that I go here it's with my dogs so now I'll have to go to Starbucks instead

Best response time in a drive thru given the small location and tight parking lot. It's not 1 of those drive thru s where you fill the need to put your car in park. The staff does well with keeping the line moving with a smile and great demeanor
