Walked in to order, they had 3 workers, our breakfast sandwich was OVERLOADED with pepper, took 20+ min from order to actually getting our order for a middle of the week morning, absolutely no seats inside, they never put them back after covid, and seems like your best bet is order ahead and pick

Consistently terrible at getting coffee drinks out in a timely manner. I’ve gone here a few times in the past couple of weeks- if you order an espresso-based drink, prepare to wait. Get comfy!

I come here almost every morning, the staff Is friendly! I wished they had a vegan cream cheese options for people who can't eat dairy & or Is vegan like me If you need them to make you're bagel with a fresh pair of gloves & a clean knife they will just ask. I think, vegan cream cheese would sell.

I usually go to the one in Annapolis, and it’s the same issues usually of their screen freezing and the person at the cash seemingly not wanting to be there at allThe bagel got smothered with cream cheese, and listen. I love cream cheese, but I had to take a good bit off with how much they were giving us. My husband had to as well.

I used to love this place. And I'm talking 15 plus years ago. But now you can not order anything and not spend 15 minutes or more. In line heaven forbid, there's more than one car in the drive through or you'll spend 20 plus minutes. Doesn't matter the order just takes that long for everything. The food used to be much better too. The eggs had a taste. There was a little bit more of them the bagels had a taste. But ideally this place used to be much better
Customers are forced to take out because Dining area is closed!Bagels are varying sizes and shapes my last bagel box (13) some were flat on one side. Bagels were hard and tough. This was the last time I go to this Einstein even the staff are unfriendly. Sad to see a group of elderly ladies eating outside in the parking lot just to talk to one another over bagels and coffee. Come on Einstein pay employees more and get that damn eating area opened again ridiculous.

I’ve been at the drive through for 20 minutes. There was no line, not a single car, I ordered a bagel and a Diet Coke. I still don’t have my order. This place is a joke.Go to Navel Bagels in Arnold. Way better, actual service.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Actually negative. It’s filthy, takes FOREVER, and the service sucks. Don’t bother getting coffee. It’s disgusting. It took 25 minutes for 3 bagels - two of which were just plain, not even toasted. The workers were laughing about drive through customers driving away because the wait was too long. Do not go here. The owners should be ashamed.

Walked in, there were 4 workers behind the counter working so I waited patiently for 3-4 minutes before finally asking, after not being acknowledged the entire time while they were right in front of me, if they take orders inside...she said they do and someone would be right with me - it took me asking them that for that basic response. When I was rung up I noticed the counter is sticky and the top of the bagel case is very dirty, more than a few days worth of dirt with flies all around. The guy who rung me up offered zero pleasantries and seemed bothered by having to deal with a customer. Not sure how long ago in person dining was removed, but without it the place is depressing. Live around the corner, but I'll drive further to a different place next time. Night and day difference in experience from a few years ago to now. Oh, and the cherry on top is that my order was wrong which I didn't see until already home. I ordered an egg and cheese on plain bagel...but they decided to give me egg, cheese, and bacon on plain. Can't just take off the bacon since it is one with the cheese now, and Can't have the sodium either.
