After two just ok experiences, today was amazing! Not only was the food, delicious and warm and toasty, but I was greeted promptly, and all of my questions were answered. They even have a gigantic card on the counter for guests to sign for first responders. I'll be back! Thank you so much.

The food and service was excellent, but for my 1st time dining in, rather than using take out, I didn't know where the napkins were or where to take my tray when finished eating. The trash can and used tray return place was hidden. Two young ladies were busy working, so I didn't want to ask them, but one took my used tray. I guess it takes a couple of visits to learn the system and layout. Other than being confused everything else was great... the best meatball sub I've ever eaten, so I'll be back.

If you are in a hurry don't go here! It took them 35 minutes to make a Steamer as is. There was like 2 orders ahead of me but they are soooo SLOW! There is no way to make a sandwich it should take 35 minutes. If I could give the service a 0 I would. If you want something in a timely manner go to Subway a couple of stores down.

I drove a very long distance to get their advertised special only to be told that it was no longer available even though the ads were still running. I ordered an alternate sub. They didn't include any of the add-ons that I requested and they said that they were out of pickles. I will never go there again.

Food and service were mediocre at best. Ordered three medium sandwiches and with only one person ahead of us, waited almost 20 minutes. One sandwich which was supposed to have bacon, didn't. Another sandwich that was supposed to have no onion, had onion. Compared to any other Firehouse Subs I've been to, this location is really skimping on the amount of meat on the subs. All around a thumbs down.

The manager is so rude and disrespectful. I’ve never felt so disrespected in my life. He belittles his employees to the point it’s cringy to watch. His demeanor is so nasty I won’t ever go to this location again. You all need to seriously consider hiring someone else. I didn’t even purchase my item’s because of his attitude and disrepute towards his employees and me.

Ordered a medium sub and the amount of ingredients on the sub equaled that of a small. Very little ingredients. Very disappointing. I was there 2 weeks prior and the manager made the same sandwich and it was done properly. I did not check order before I left because I have not had to do so before. Lessons learned.
