So I went to this Jersey Mike's and ordered a number 9. It's the second time within 2 months that I ordered a number 9. This time I watched them carefully and once again they didn't put bacon on my sub. I asked the kid where's the bacon at he said we add that in the end. I get my vegetables on the side. He turned to 1 of his co-workers and asked for bacon. The guy sliceing the meat says we don't have any. I said this is exactly what happened to me last time you didn't have any so you didn't do anything about it. I had to suggest to them to put 2 or 3 pieces of ham on there to compensate for the bacon. If I didn't question it I would've once again left with a A sandwich that was not complete as the menu description says. I actually still left them a $1 tip because they were sorry for my inconvenience. I told them it was not an inconvenience but if they don't have something they should make up for it in some other way that is what service recovery is about. I am a huge Jersey Mike's fan been eating JM sinse1990 but this place is becoming a disappointment.

This was my first time going to the Severna Park location. As soon as I walked through the door I was greeted with endless positive attitude and felt extremely welcome. Everybody was asking me how I was, what I was up to and made me feel amazing. The young gentleman working were astonishing, the bearded grill worker with curly hair and the 2 boys who put my toppings on and checked me out. They were asking me all about my work life and hobbies and sounded as if they were actually interested! I ended up getting a chipotle cheesesteak and an italian for my wife. Both were delicious and all thanks to their recommendations. Keep doing what you’re doing Severna Park!!

The team that is here today 02/21/24 is incredible. The quarterback on the slicer has great report with customers and passes off to his wide receivers and linemen with efficiency. They work so well as a team that they deserve recognition from corporate! The guy on the grill is cranking out the work. The guy in the register greeted every customer with a smile and a welcome. I have been coming here since it opened and have never been disappointed. The way they work together is magical.

Great subs and wraps. Great service. Everything is personalized. Hand sliced meats right in front of you. Staff are welcoming and accommodating to however you want your sandwich made. My personal favorite is the original Italian wrap made Mike's way. Omg so good! Highly recommend this

They are very friendly & accommodating to make my sub vegan friendly so I can enjoy a grilled veggie sub. my new replacement of Subway. They will use a clean knife and clean gloves too If I ask & Is friendly about It.... Since having one sub I can't stop thinking about how good It was.

I ordered the chicken bacon ranch cheese steak. They left out the chicken and just gave me bread with some bacon on it....Update: It turns out that was just an order mix up, someone else ordered a bacon lettuce sandwich. The store called me to explain that and offer my next sub to be free. Staff was very apologetic and friendly when I went in for the free sub
