Where shall I start? So when McDonalds hires non English workers why don’t they give them an English speaking course or program. It literally took 10mins to break the language barrier in order for me to place an order. Then another 15mins for 1 hash brown and it wasn’t even 10:40. Can’t be serious. This needs to be handled ASAP.

I’m Mexican and the lady taking my order seems rude and her accent is thick as heckI say she’s rude because it seems like she doesn’t have the patience to help me make out what she’s saying by talking slower and taking her time to help me understandAlso I’m hard of hearing and the speaker in the drive thru sucks!!!!I know this is no one’s faultBut just sucks when you can’t even order your food

This mcdonalds used to be good, but now they dont do any refills. I didnt come here to be tirsty and not be able to finish my lunch. Dont come here if you want a drink with your meal!!!

I just did an uber eats order and when I received my food, part of it was missing. I ordered hotcakes and sausage and never received the sausage. The butter that I was given looked like it was bad. And I always thought with the hotcakes and sausage meal you got a hashbrown too. And I wasn't given that either.

This McDonald’s has the slowest service I’ve ever seen and now they put up paper signs saying no refills on your drinks.You can literally wait 10 minutes before they will take your order inside.I will never return to this location again.

Speedy drive thru service. I use the app and there's no need to even stop at the first window unless you want to receipt. The food is always ready, fresh and hot.

had to go there 2 days in a row for a "fast" dinner due to work. had to wait for food b/c it wasn't ready the 1st night. but then the 2nd night ordered the exact same thing & had to wait again. but i was the 1st of 5 cars that had to wait. well, after all the cars after me got their food & left. ends up they still brought out the wrong order. and must have given my food to someone else. to top it off, as i was waiting the ice from the roof of the building slid and slammed onto the roof of my truck, almost striking their employee as he brought me the wrong order. i was waiting for almost 25 minutes.Went here again. Mobile ordered 2 cherry Fanta drinks. They gave me 2 Fanta Coke drinks. She told me the machine was broken. I was about to leave and figured we aren't going to drink this, so I went in for a refund and return the drinks. The lady inside tells me the machine is ok and working. How can you trust they aren't taking shortcuts other times if they lie to your face. Maybe they dropped my burger on the floor and picked it up. I will go out of my way before I go back here. Everyone should avoid this location.

Honestly a -100/10 if I could rate this place and this racist employee for refusing to speak to me in a language I can speak (Spanish) and love speaking . The first window lady (around 9 pm tonight) i heard was speaking Spanish and holding up the line, and distracted. I myself speak Spanish so as I pull ahead to ask in Spanish how much the food and my order for my mom and i costs, I am responded to in English as if because of my lighter skin tone I can’t speak the language which is insanely disrespectful and rude and at that rate just racist . And to top it off we shouldn’t have to wait over 15 minutes for our food. I hope you deal with this racist lady for her lack of judgement . I’ll never take my business here again until your employees can realize people of all walks and shades can speak Spanish and to not hold up the line talking to people when you have cars waiting to pay and receive their food.
