A great addition to Severna Park! We really enjoyed our dinner at Pitaya. The staff was very friendly, and the food was excellent! The restaurant is clean and comfortable, and the noise level was fine when we were there. We'll definitely go again!

My wife & I just had lunch at Pitaya - in a word AWESOME. My wife had the Enchilada Suizas which was tasty and filling (took the 2nd of 2 enchiladas home). I had the Taco de Birria - DELICIOUS. Two tacos were quite filling, and it came with a dipping sauce that was fantastic. They did a nice job renovating - place was open and appealing. Our server was excellent, and the Manager (at least I think he was) asked us several times how our meal / experience was. We will definitely come back.

I have eaten at many of Jorge's resturants and this one was, by far, the best Mexican food I have had. Accompanied by a wonderful staff and an amazing atmosphere. This is resturant great for any time of day dining, but would be the perfect brunch stop.

I stumbled across this restaurant after dropping off my old router at the Verizon store. I ordered the Carne Asada Burrito!! It was so delicious like the ones I used to buy in San Diego, California!! I also bought chips with salsa and guacamole!! I will definitely be back again. Yummy!! ?

Super friendly staff and yummy food!We went on a Friday night for dinner. The owner was there up front to meet customers. The staff was very accommodating to my toddler and infant, sitting us towards the back of the restaurant so we had more room.The food may be on the pricier side, but it was very flavorful, fresh, and, most importantly, not smothered with salt like the food in many restaurants does.I had the chicken tamale dish. The tamales were huge, the red sauce full of flavor. Hubby had the carnita dish, which he liked. My picky toddler had the nuggets and fries dish off the kids' menu. The nuggets were standard ones. What impressed me were their fries!! They were freshly fried, solid potato wedges that were flavorful and substantial! Those fries were among the best I have ever had, actually.I had enough food from the leftover of the tamale dish to make 2 meals to share with my infant, who devoured the rice and tamales!We will be back. I can't wait to try many of the nouveau items on their menu, including some traditional Mexican entrees.Kid-friendliness: Kids' Menu is available and has quite a selection of food!
