I work right next to the place, I used to buy lunch there everyday then this one girl started working there who would fight me over asking for an extra sauce for my fries everyday, I started paying for my 1 EXTRA SAUCE over the app and doing drive thru pick up just to stay away from her face, then when I pulled up one day I saw it was her at the window, I paid for my extra sauce thru the app there shouldn’t be a problem,…. Wrong! I ordered a Dr Pepper and just to mess w me cause she recognized me she gave me a coke instead, I checked my order before leaving ( something that needs to be done here) so when I told her I got the wrong drink she printed my reciept and started arguing with me over what drink I ordered, I was so fed up with the weeks of torment she caused me over the sauces I threw my drink at her and drove away, I hope the worst happens to her in her life

THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. I ORDERED MY FOOD THRU THE DRIVE THRU AND RECEIVED THE WRONG FOOD. WHEN I TRIED TO GO IN TO RETURN IT FOR A CORRECTION I WAS TOLD NO. The employee told me that's what I ordered and refused to correct it or refund my food. I had to call the POLICE to get my money back....DO NOT EAT HERE PLEASE

This is close to my job I go here alot I ordered the chicken sandwich meal with a drink and I got a 2 part dinner. This was After I Waited for over 10 mins like she said. So when I ask for a extra piece of chicken, because I was waiting, I came from Drive thru waiting for my meal. She said she couldn't do it. Not Good. Nobody in the front but One Person to ask bout my order waiting again I'm at work on break inconvenient me that evening.

Fast good tasting chicken sandwich at as close to reasonably priced as anywhere else. The shop was clean, the staff friendly and knowledgeable concerning their product. Easy/safe entrance from Rt 2, the exit leaves something to be desired.

Large mac & cheese was only half full of mac & cheese (nearly $7 for a half full cup!) with an inch & a half of grease on top. Lid wasn't secure & grease went all over bag & car seat.When I called & spoke to manager she wanted me to bring it all back tonight.We are disabled & do not live close to location so could not comply.Manager Esther said she personally fixed the bag & basically called me a liar.My sister who picked up the food was asked to wait 4 or 5 minutes for nuggets. Ten minutes later still no nuggets. She had to ho in to get food. What is the point of a drive through???Not happy at all with this location. Will be going back to Annapolis from now on.

Went there today for the 6 wings,got classic. The two females inside were too busy jabbering and I had to wait for their attention. I was the only person there. One female finally took my take out order. Got to my vehicle, tasted the chicken,and all the chicken was cold. I was so mad I didn't go back in.Popeyes used to be good but all their franchises suck. I have a Popeyes right next to me and they suck. The franchise will collapse in Maryland.

I stood inside the store for 5 minutes. No customers other than me...not even a person in a drive through. It's a Tuesday at 5pm. They were very busy laughing and carrying on about something. They did me a favor anyway, went to Firehouse subs...way

This Popeyes sucks. I don’t think I have ever been here without having a bad order. First it was not the spicy chicken. Second I got a Diet Coke instead of sweet tea. And they literally NEVER remember the sauce that I pay extra for. I also swear that they don’t cook the chicken all the way, sometimes the texture is ?. do yourself a favor and drive an extra 10 minutes and go to the one near the Pasadena high school. The kids that work there are friendly and get the orders right. Never had an issue there.
