New crew sucks ! I always have a email coupon I use, NEVER has it been an issue. Until now with one employee because she’s too lazy to type the long code in and continues to tell me it’s online order when I show it clearly states in restaurant or online.

If you enjoy being glared at by the staff, making you feel like you’re wrong for being there and making them do their job, this is the place for you. Twice now I’ve come here and the staff was far less than impressive. One employee spoke English while translating for the others, which created a lot of complication and confusion. I had a gift card that nobody knew how to apply to my order. The end answer I was given was, “it’s showing declined and no balance.” Right after I called to check the balance and sure enough, the card has $25 on it, which was the whole reason I went there. They totally forgot to ring up my friend’s order and said I paid for it, but it wasn’t on my receipt, so he got a free meal which is cool I guess… I showed up with a gift card and paid out of pocket, he showed up and got a free meal. Backwards. Lmao. Do better.
