It seems to be a problem at every Starbucks to get a Dark Roast coffee. It’s like pulling teeth to get one. He said it not on brew today. I was there at 2:00 in afternoon. Went back and forth with him, he was rude, mean, and nasty with me. Then he finally decided to do a pour over and it was fine. Why the hassle, why just not do it. Is it laziness? TOBY IS THE BEST BARISTA PURRRRR TOBY WORKS HARD, HAS AN INFECTIOUS PERSONALITY, GREAT COSTUMER SKILLS AND MAKES YUMMY DRINKS!!! 5 STAR RATING FOR TOBY HE LITERALLY CARRIES STARBUCKS ON HIS SHOULDERS!!!
