I work all throughout the state of Maryland and I visit a lot of subway shops. This subway is not in compliance with advertised promises. They advertise that their meats are cut and sliced freshly, but they are not at this location. The slicing machine looks like it’s never been used and they did not want to slice meat in front of me. Instead they attempted to put pre-sliced meats on my sandwich. I refuse to eat here.

Ordered online, when I came to pick it up 20 minutes after I ordered the guy working was sitting on his phone with nobody in the store and had not even started my order. I then had to wait another 20 minutes for him to make other people’s food before he started mine. Not the first time this has happened to me at this location. I think I’ll drive a little farther to avoid this location.

Walked into the location, got a nasty stare, then was ignored for 5 minutes. The store was empty and the atmosphere was not friendly. When another person walked in they greeted the other person took their order and skipped me.

This place has let me down too many times with the mobile app. If you don't have enough people to handle inside business and mobile business then turn the app off. I placed an order with 30 minute lead time. You all hit the button saying you had received the order. I then got notice that order was complete. I walk in and you haven't even started my order. It then took 15 more minutes to get the food while other guest gave me the evil eye for you all making my subs. I have lost my trust in your service and will go elsewhere. I would recommend other do the same. Hire people and pay them well. Store is always understaffed.

Worst subway in the area..AVOID! We stopped here yesterday for lunch...what a mistake. The employee who helped us, possibly was the owner/manager ,was extremely rude and stingy with the toppings. We each order a footlong...she first put 4 small pickles on my wife's sub so she politely asked her for some more pickles. She added a few more, but then did the same thing with the banana peppers (3-4 small peppers for an entire footlong). Then when it was my turn, again only 3-4 small pickles, so I had to ask for more, and then again, same thing with the banana peppers, causing me again to ask for more. Okay, she's tight with the toppings, no big deal. The worst part was when I went to pay...I had a coupon that we received in the mail from SUBWAY... "Get a FREE footlong when you buy a footlong with a drink"...the coupon wasn't expired and the only exclusions were "Footlong Pro, Fresh melts, Wraps, The Monster, etc" The subs we ordered were not in the exclusions. As soon as I removed the coupon from my wallet, she got nasty and said I couldn't use that coupon on those subs. I politely explained to her that those subs weren't in the exclusions and that we had used the same coupon or a similar one for those same subs at other Subway locations in the area without any issues. She proceeded to tell me that I couldnt use it at "this subway" and that I could only use it for certain subs "black forest ham, turkey & ham, etc", basically she was saying it cold only be used for the classic subs. I explained to her that wasn't true but she continued to argue with me. I then stated she should have a sign stating they don't except coupons or that there is exclusions, her response "okay sir." haha rude! We had planned to eat there but not after the way she acted and that treatment. If we weren't as hungry as we were, I would have left the subs on the counter and left. I will never return to this subway and I strongly encourage you to avoid it as well!

The man working would not accept our coupon for Buy 3 subs but accepted a coupon for 1 sub for $6.99. Not to mention he had an attitude ZERO stars do not recommend. Why is it okay to accept the cheaper of the 2 coupons so it's not like they didn't accept coupons at all, he picked which one he wanted to discount. Will never visit again.

Daughter went into this location and was happy to use coupons and pay with her own money that she earned and when she was trying to figure out which coupon she want to use the lady tells her she can’t use any of them because they don’t accept them. Really fun how they profit from the subway name but don’t accept the subway coupons that draw in the customers. Needless to say I let her get her sub but nothing else and I will not be returning or supporting this location. If I could give zero stars I would.

Granted, I went in at the peak of lunch but, they had 3 people working and one only manned the register. Instead of restocking the toppings, they just skimped on the sandwich. $9.53 for a sandwich that looks like this? Oh, and there's no spinach because they were out. I feel bad for the person getting the salad in front of me!
