I went here quite often until they started ruining my order almost every time I went. Tried to go today and the nachos were disgusting and bitter and when asked if they could remake the chips they said they just made them for the whole day. Got a refund for the chips but there’s definitely I reason I don’t come here anywhere near as often as I used to. Last time the Baja blast was broken, time before that they put so much beef in my burrito it was almost inedible. The list goes on

This used to be my favorite Taco Bell location, but recently they’ve been messing up almost every order I’ve gotten either through the drive through or the app. When you report the problem on the app, & request for a team member to get back to you for a refund, no one ever gets back to me. They don’t answer the phone either & there is no customer service email. The last time I ordered through the app, which was a few days ago, I placed a simple order & one item was vegetarian. I did not notice the vegetarian item was full of meat until I got home. Also when I went to pick up that order, the lady in the drive through told me the order was ready & to pull up. There were no other cars in the drive through except me, & only two people inside the restaurant. I was waiting at the window for at least 10 minutes. There were 3 employees in the window area inside, I could see my order sitting there & no one looked over when I was trying to get someone’s attention. I almost walked inside with my injured foot to complain. It is not rocket science to give someone their order after you tell them to pull up, & it’s not rocket science to get a simple order correct.

Honestly one of the best taco bells ive been to. Food is usually gold standard for the chain, and never felt any (unwaranted) negativity from staff. Exactly what id want from a taco bell.

Great late night food my only complaint is they have no idea how to bag up food putting a heavy nacho plate on top of a Mexican pizza which literally crushed it every time and the hard tacos are usually soggy and totally fall apart after 1 bite but considering I am a pia customer who has kids and needs to ask for 90% of my food to be without something and 9 out of 10 times they get it spot on I've got to give the service a good 4 star mark! Also I go late and usually get friendly service even after my special order!Vegetarian options: They have a good selection of vegetarian options for those who don't eat meat but not veganParking: Plenty of parking for at least 30 cars.
Honestly the best Taco Bell I’ve been to. Ordered a shredded beef grilled cheese taco, nachos, and a beefy crunch burrito — with a lot of substitutions and swaps. We had to circle back around for the food, which was understandable as I placed the online order much later than I should have. Everything was hot and fresh when received. From the meat to the produce and the tortilla chips. Service was great. 10/10, thank you!

Manager is one horrible individual. Rude and very unprofessional. Enter store he was yelling at one employee. Which is embarrassing to say the least. Customers waiting 20min or more for food. Replace manager and we will come back.
