Great food and drinks. I’m always happy to come here with friends and family. The manager is so sweet and always greets me when I go there. Most of the staff is adults to high schoolers but they’re extremely well behaved and attentive.

I'm writing this review in the restaurant's parking lot because I didn't want to forget to do it...I LOVE Taichi! It is my favorite place to eat. Every time I come into the store, the people are so nice and kind! The Tonkotsu ramen is superb!!! I tried the new ramen place that opened up in Pasadena (Kanji Noodle Bar), and while it wasn't awful, it was nowhere near as good as Taichi! Truly. They are the best! The woman with black hair that took my order today was so sweet (I forgot to ask her name)! Please, even if you have to drive a bit farther to get here, it is WORTH IT! I've had the ramen, poke bowl, sushi burrito, and bubble tea. All delicious and made with fresh fish and ingredients! She told me that they simmer the Tonkotsu broth for 10 hours, and it really shows when you taste it! I'm moving soon, and I can honestly say that I will miss Taichi so, so much! ? I'll have to buy a plushie before I go!

Ran in to grab some food last night. I ordered online on their website and they were very quick and polite at the counter getting it to me. The atmosphere inside is flawlessly clean (including the bathrooms) and absolutely ADORABLE. I felt happy just standing in there :) wished I could stay to eat, but had to go home. The two protein poke bowl was amazing, fresh and flavorful in every way. I also got the Taro boba tea and it was among the best I’ve ever had (I’m a big fan of boba tea and taro is my favorite, I’ve had it from many places over the years). The taste and consistency was perfect and delicious, and the boba were soft and warm and cooked exactly how they should be. Can’t wait to come back. Thanks!

This place in Severna Park is usually great but a family member purchased sushi salad last night and ate it for dinner. Now, he's been sick with a severe care of stomach flu and the runs all day today. It's been more than 24 hours and he's still really sick. This is the only thing he ate yesterday. He buys from this location a lot and sometimes, I thought that their salad tasted funny, and more on the unusually sour side. So I'm hesitant on recommending this place.

Came in for the lion dance on saturday and wow was it packed! It was so packed and busy yet all the workers remained calmed and handled it very nicely. They all looked amazing and beautiful, their outfits and makeup were so gorgeous. I even tried the dragon egg and it was delicious. And the dance was amazing to watch! Taichi never disappoints! I sure do hope they do events like these later in the future.

Brown sugar milk tea is a bit too sweet but delicious, the boba pearls are cooked perfectly and have a nice smooth chewy consistency. Service is always friendly and fast.
The employees are so nice, they’re so patient and understanding. The cashier helped me order and gave me great recommendations since it was my first time coming in. When I went to receive my food, the girl who handed it out greeted me with a big smile as well as reminding me to grab my utensils, which I’m glad because if she didn’t I would’ve totally forgot! Their staff is truly amazing! The place was clean and the decorations are awesome :)

The staff creates such a welcoming atmosphere and their decorations for chinese new year and valentine’s day are so cute! I got my food a couple minutes after i ordered, the wait wasn’t long at all. The food was AMAZING!! I enjoy coming to this restaurant, the cashier is very patient and gives good suggestions. the girl packing in the back was very nice and friendly to customers as well, very good service :)!! This restaurant is really the best!

I always enjoy coming to taichi on saturdays, their mochi donuts are so good and the girl that works register is nice and really patient. She’s always has an answer to my questions and even helps me work around my food allergy so I am still able to enjoy my food! She always welcomes me at the door and at the counter! But all the workers are really nice and they all give amazing service. I will never have anything bad to say about this place because their food, service, drinks and everything else is perfect.
