Bad food and bad Experience either it's overcooked or not well cooked... and if you add note when you order food the people work there they Ignore...and add it what said to them don't add it....what the Heck?

This is maybe one of the worst ones I have ever had the pleasure of being a patron at. I called my food in, was there in 7 min. I get home open the food and see that all of the food is pink on the inside and a fly on one of the wings(like embedded). I go to get my money and the lady tries to charge me for the cup that I didn’t bring back. SMH for this to be in such a “good” area this food choice is a negative 10 on a scale of 1-10.

This place is horrible! I ordered 20 pieces of wings, they chsrged my account but when my nephew went to pick it up, He was told they "can't find my order" I called the multiple times asking them to refund the money they charged from account and they kept placing me on hold

I'm giving a 5 star rating because one of the employees here were super nice to me. He was nice enough to accommodate me for not having a mask because I forgot it at home. In addition, even though it's minor, he waited to tie the bag of wings I ordered as I was getting my sauces so that I could put it in the bag. That was so thoughtful, thanks bro

I don’t know who was cooking today but my food was horrible. I went back to the area to visit some friends and grabbed some food on the way out. The Gyro had no meat on it and the boneless chicken was dry and hard. America’s best is usually pretty good for what it’s worth but this was just disgusting. When I called about getting a refund they told me that they aren’t allowed to do that. Lol okay sure. I hope your experience is better than mine was.
