Walked in and waited to be seated and was completely ignored. Walked up to the bar and seated our self. Was greeted at the bar area about 5 min later. Didn’t enjoy our drinks and our food was taking to the wrong table at first and then taking to us cold. Steak was salty. Fish ceviche was good ??Unfortunately won’t be going back mostly due to customer service.

Horrible service we wait for 2 hours and are food is not ready . Also we call for a table but they said that we have to come to the restaurant and write a name and a phone number to be in the list to take a table . Almost all the people who in the restaurant is leaving and other people that come after us they are leaving and we haven’t are food .

We ordered shrimp in a garlic sauce with the bread appetizer (I can't remember the name). The piece of bread was so tiny and pretty sure was still raw. I got the chipotle shrimp; I've cooked with chipotle before and it was no where to be found in my dish. In conclusion very mid. Disappointing especially because it was my birthday.

We just came back from Azucar and had a great meal, great service in a great atmosphere! Carlos was so attentive and pleasant. All the tables were set perfectly and the glasses just shined like diamonds. Everything is so clean and welcoming. We can't wait to go back. We felt so welcomed and like family...what a great meal!
