About two years ago the Costco near this Baja Fresh in Wheaton was selling Baja Fresh gift cards at a discount. The Wheaton Baja Fresh refused to accept giftcards for months during this sale, siting a "broken gift card machine" which you can see in these reviews. The store committed fraud.0/10, it never got shutdown but hopefully covid puts it out of business. No complaint against corporate Baja Fresh, just this specific store and manager at the time.

So I have this complaint that I have and this has happened many times. I ordered BBQ chicken salad and sometimes when I order from this location, I always check to see what I have on it and I ask for no beans, pico de gallo and onions and this isn't the first time I had so much beans on it and I really don't like beans. If you're gonna buy something from Baja Fresh, do not go to this location as this location messes up on orders. Whoever cooks and/or puts the food in is stupid. Sorry not sorry for my insults. :/

I went to this Baja Fresh today and was sorely disappointed with service, food and management. I ordered the nachos grande with steak. I asked for the items to be packaged separately as I would put it together and bake/heat at home, as I have done several times during the Corona virus lockdown. The steak was served in a very small container, the size of condiments (almost NOTHING). I mentioned that to the server, who called out to the manager. The manager did not even approach the counter, but yelled out, "that's it, its 3oz". Then went back to what she was doing. As I said before, I have ordered this before and the meat was served I the same sized container as the bens.I got home to realize the pronto guacamole which I purchased, was the size of the free condiments given at the store. See pics. I expressed my displeasure, to no avail. I will not be back to that store. I now see why many of those BajaFresh are closed and are struggling to keep their customers, poor customer service and basically cheating their customers.

Wonderful nachos. I love the salsa bar. Cheese dip and guacamole are always excellent. Service is fast and friendly, and the place is always clean. Meats are lesser quality, but prices are low. In winter the restaurant is always freezing but it's comfortable the rest of the year.

I had not eaten all day. I was feeling a little something south of the border. Specifically, I was craving a burrito, a meal in a tortilla. Baja Fresh came to mind. I went for an old favorite,Dos Manos Burrito. Burrito overload. I clearly forgot it takes me 2 days to eat this colossal burrito. I ordered online. It was ready when I arrived. I give Baja Fresh kudos for orfer accuracy, taste, and order readiness upon arrival. As we continue to support local businesses through this crisis, I highly recommend this location. Bon Apetit.

This was my first visit to a Baja Fresh. I ordered a chicken Baja bowl and found it to be delicious. I liked the salsa bar where I was able to add different salsas and lime to my bowl. Very good lunch.

The lady on duty was not friendly at all. I waited at the counter while she continued to sweep the floor. The restaurant seemed run down. All the lights were off barely any workers. Very sad to see. I was extremely hungry and didn't want fast food.

I want to start off by saying.. there was no heat in Baja Fresh it was freezing!!! I couldn't eat comfortably & so.. I found a hair in my quesadilla I ignored it and tried to look passed it after taking a few bites I realized the chicken was under cooked it was also cold. that completely threw my appetite off so I decided to mention it to the cashier and she suggested I was delicate in Spanish indicating I was hung over or something my stomach was sensitive idk but she should not be assuming and she should have definitely offered me a compensation.
Chicken quesadilla is the best thing on the menu. Add molcajete and pickled jalapenos from the salsa bar to yours. If you get a burrito enchilada-style, be warned: it is a massive, crazy amount of food.
