I have tried Bear Brick Oven twice. The first time, I wasn't impressed. The pizza had no flavor. It has been at least a year, and I hoped it had improved. I went back yesterday to give it another try, since I have a ValuPak coupon for Buy One Small, Get One Free. I ordered two small cheese pizzas, and on a whim, ordered their brownie sundae, asking the cashier, "Is it good?" to which he said it was.Oh my.....when I walked out with my order and opened the brownie sundae, to my dismay, there was no ice cream on top of the brownie. Instead, the ice cream was in a separate cardboard container as a hard lump of vanilla ice cream in a plastic wrapper! I said out loud to myself, "What is this?!" Who serves a "sundae" this way? Whoever was serving that could have at least unwrapped the ice cream, placed it on the brownie (which wasn't that great, either), and melted it a bit. Yes, I was taking this to go, but I planned to eat it in the car. I was so disappointed that I turned around to return it, but decided not to make a fuss in person.The pizza looked great and I couldn't wait to dig in. But again, it was lacking something. Maybe they don't put sugar in their sauce the way other restaurants do (like Squisitos or Papa Johns). But even the crust hasn't much flavor.I absolutely LOVE pizza. I eat it at least 3x per month. But this is one place I won't be going back to: not for pizza and defintely not for sundaes.The staff seem friendly enough, however. And the ambiance may be nice on certain days because I saw a sign that says they have live music a couple nights a week. But their pizza is really not that great, and they should improve their "sundaes."

So look - don't go for the atmosphere. Definitely go for the pizza. Crust is tantalizingly light and crispy, they use high-end cheese and don't over-sauce the pie. I will return. You should try it.

The pizza and salad were good. Wood fired oven gives the crust a nice blister and char. And they make the pizzas so fast! They had live music so next time I’ll stay and listen to the music while I eat.

We had the best time bringing a huge party here. The pizza was awesome, and my kids LOVED the fries. But actually the best part was the service and staff. It was A LOT to feed our crew and everyone did it with a smile and kindness. Go here and support this great place!

This is another place I like across from the cloverly shopping center. This is Brick Oven Pizza Company. It off New Hampshire Avenue. It has a good size parking are you go through the outdoor porch to reach the front door to the main dining area . They have great staff in this place yo hand out menus of foods of your choice .. it has pizzas , subs ,And calories of your choice. They have sods no alcohol. In the back they have a huge open concept kitchen where the magic is done to create all your best foods . They have clean bathroom facilities too. They have live entertainment every Friday or Saturday Nights . If you love this place as I do this place is for you . We look forward to seeing you all there.

Dietary restrictions: I ordered a vegan cheese pizza, with 3 other toppings, for delivery. Other places skimp on the cheese (especially for nondairy cheese) and it’s also hard to find pizza spots offering nondairy that aren’t chains. This pizza was not only sufficiently cheesy but the other toppings were also strategically placed to avoid sogginess/ weird texture. Overall I’m pleasantly surprised and excited to make this my new pizza place!!
If you really really want fresh pizzas and fresh salads visit this restaurant they are really serious about "fresh tasty food"
