Very rough around the edges. Ice cream was melted, low on supplies, trash on the tables, no workers to be found.

Rude staff! The guy was featuring from behind locked doors like he wanted to fight us for trying to open the door when they should have been open at 10:40PM! At 10:45PM they quietly walked out telling the female employee to not feel bad about leaving early and to say it was their fault if she's questioned the next day. They wouldn't even make eye contact with us! The store was supposed to be open until 11PM. We had a party of 6 and they totally screwed the owner over. We drove from an hour away because they would be the only ones open by the time we got there since we're visiting from Canada. Pissed me right off. Those 2 guys should be fired! I hope the owner watches the cameras to see their behavior. What a waste of a night!Wheelchair accessibility: Forget wheelchair accessibility, they don't even let customers in after 10:45PM even though the advertised that they are open until 11PM

Has a pretty decent variety of flavors. Employees were very helpful, the store itself is rather small but it could be due to it being inside of a pretty decent sized mall. I highly recommend coming here especially if you are a ben and Jerry’s lover like myself.

Ordered a cake for pickup. They had it done early and it was exactly what I pictured.

Poor customer service is what i experienced. The guy with braids who served me was very unwelcoming. He just served with bare hands, no gloves. I do not recommend this location.

I stopped in to grab a quick dairy free dessert and they were able to make me a milkshake with almond milk. It was a bit crowded but mainly with people inside enjoying ice creamI wish they had more than 3 dairy free ice cream flavors but considering that many please don't have this option, it's not a big deterrent. The milk shake was ok, so I took away one star

Pros:*Ordered small cup of Vegan Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough ice cream. Ice cream tasted fresh + delicious (huge cookie dough pieces too!)*Large menu w/shakes, smoothies, sundaes, cakes, cookies, brownies, + 30 ice cream flavors *5 non-dairy flavors (Change The Whirled, Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough, Strawberry Marshmallow, Berry Berry Extraordinary Sorbet, + Lemonade Sorbet.)Cons:*Ice cream is pricey - 1 scoop (kids sz) is $5.83, 2 scoops (small sz) is $6.89, shakes/smoothies (small sz) is $8+ - after tax pricing. *Downtown location - will likely have to pay for parking at nearby garage (garage is free on weekends, though).*Value is not the best - portion sizes seem too small when compared to a store-bought B&J pint, which runs for $5.XX.Overall: Quick-serve ice cream concept w/ many unique flavors + sustainable practices (fair trade, wood spoons, etc.) Ice cream is high-quality, but is pricey. Would consider returning to try a cookie/brownie or exclusive ice-cream flavor, otherwise I'd just opt for a store-bought B&J pint.

We came to this location for their free cone day and really loved the area it was in since it was around the mall. We struggled with finding some street parking for a bit to not have to pay for the garage and we were able to find a spot up the street. The line was out of the door when we got there but it moved quickly! They were also kind enough to let our dog in with us and we got a churro cone and a cookie dough cone. Both super yummy and amazing! The staff was kind and friendly, we can't wait to visit again.

Yummy ice cream. Ben & Jerry's is pretty solid anywhere you go and I was happy to find it since I originally wanted an ice cream across the street, but it was closed. The workers were very nice, especially the girl who was working at the time. One odd thing that I noticed was that it was 15 minutes before closing and they were putting the gate down already to close up. I'm all for starting closing tasks but ai think it's off-putting to the customers to see the gate going down while we're still ordering or eating.

The ice-cream flavors are plenty to choose from. Given the location, I belive the price is not bad. My family loves this place for the sweet days!

The guy who was serving me was really rude, he didn’t wash his hands and was trying to close early, he then picked up my ice cream with his bare hands, I had a really bad experience here and it was just nasty
