I really enjoyed their fried chicken. And my family orders from here. That’s the only reason I’m giving 1 star. But I’m really upset with delivery guy he is really rude and pressures you to give him a tip. This is not the first time. He’s done it in multiple occasions. Some people don’t have cash to give. And isn’t able to give a tip and the least they do is apologize for it and I did. the second time he didn’t want to give me my food and insisted on giving him a tip before him, handing it to me. Not only that, he wanted to put my food on the ground instead of giving it to me in my hands. After that he stood in front of my door staring at me with an evil eye look for 3 minutes. It’s really creepy and unsafe. Sometimes you win some tips and sometimes you don’t. But if you truly want people to give you a tip then be kind instead of being disrespectful. If they truly care about their business they really need to speak to this employee. B/c it’s truly disturbing. He doesn’t not give good vibes. At all.

The food itself is meh. It’s not great, but it’s not terrible either. It’s average. What brings this place down is its extremely poor customer service. There was an older gentleman who was screaming at another customer. He was also dismissive and rushed through our order when it came to our turn.I would personally recommend people go somewhere else.When you take into consideration the quality of food (meh), prices (average), and customer service (extremely poor) this place is absolutely not worth it.For the price, you can go to another hole in the wall Chinese takeout spot where you’ll probably be treated better and be treated to better food.

The staff and especially the driver are very rude. They charge a delivery fee but don’t actually deliver to your door, kinda defeats the point of delivery. The food is ok but I’ve had better Chinese food. Also not with price. Try spring garden!

I got old stale nasty food. I was so mad I bought it back to them and told them how nasty it was to do that to another human being. Restaurant is dirty I saw a roach crawling on the window. I will never order from that place again.

This comment has to do strictly with the owners of the establishment. I parked at a parking spot which said it was for “For Brothers restaurant .” So I went in purchased a soda (so I can park in their spot), and me and my wife decide to dine in at theThai restaurant next door. After we finish dining at the Thai restaurant me and my baby daughter go and wait the car. The owner of the establishment barges out , bangs so hard on my window that it startled my infant daughter and wakes her . He then threatens me.I later (when my wife is in the car) go into the restaurant telling him that I bought a soda and was allowed to park in the spot, and that his wife confirmed I could park in the spot. He starts yelling, cursing, and threatening me.Very poor customer service. Would recommend you go somewhere with better food and better customer service.

He tried to hold my food away from me in his car; Especially when the drive is only 3mins away..very rude elderly male driver. Be careful if you order delivery. He wasn't online service, he's a driver at the location

Their orange chicken is wonderfully moist! I come here often and the food is affordable and very good especially considering how quickly things are made.
After today I will not be going back to this place. My husband and I walked in to place a order since we were walking our dog. My husband place his order first then me. After paying and walking all the way home. They forgot my husband order. He end up calling them. She try to tell us we didn’t order it then hang up the phone. We end up going back and she was very rude and didn’t fix the problem. Save your money and go some where else

Ordered the triple delight, it didn't have any shrimp. Beef was very chewy, everything was COVERED in sauce. The rice was the only thing that was as expected. I expected better, there's a lot of competition around here just go somewhere else.

I wish I could give this place 0 stars but that's not possible. i placed an order for delivery. the driver told me to come outside to get the food because he didn't want to get out of the car. When I go get the food I had to sign the paper and he said "tip? Where's my tip" I said "sorry I don't have any money for tip this time but I'll tip you double next time" he said "no tip now" and I repeated myself he then refused to give me my food unless I tipped him. and to not escalate the situation I wrote down a tip he said "nothing less then 3 or 4 dollars. And was jus very rude. he took so long to bring me my food at that. Tipping isn't mandatory, I don't understand why I was forced to tip. very rude very unprofessional and the food wasn't even good. don't eat here and don't get delivery. Better off going to another place.

Since my last experience the restaurant has made some changes and have been exceptional. I’d like to Thank Brothers Restaurant for improvements made and Great service and Food.Thank you for your efforts!
