Excellent. The food was perfect. Service was very good and very fast, but I did have a minor error with my order (medium v large and dine-in v to-go). They had a line out the door of customers waiting for their orders. I was able to walk in, 2nd line to order, and I had order served to me at my table in about 10 minutes.Thank you, Chik-fil-a

Was so excited that the location is open again! I also understand that it's busy as it can be. So yesterday we ordered However, how did we get not only one of the deluxe chicken sandwiches without chicken but both in our order? Yes, I did call the location and spoke to a manager, she did offer the order be corrected. This would obviously take me driving back, or the other option would be an offer added to the account. No, I didn't drive back. Yes, I requested the offer. Now, was the offer actually added to my account? No, the offer was not added either. Like I said I understand them being busy, new staff and everything that comes with the reopening, however, do I really want to have to not only make sure all order items are in the bag, but open up and make sure there's chicken in the sandwiches when I go to this location?
This Silver Spring location is CLOSED. It's been closed SINCE AUGUST 2023 for remodel and as of mid-FEBRUARY 2024 it REMAINS CLOSED with no opening date in sight.

It's crazy people are giving one or Two stars because they're entitled. This place is still great. And in between unfortunate circumstances weather,holidays and contracting I guess people are now angry. FYI I was told they were discussing a drive thru. Now if they do same people will be there. Have patience and grace.
