I must say this was the SLOWEST chic fil a I have ever been to. One person on the register ... Really? Every chic fila I have been to has had more than one person on the register especially if there is a line while multiple people are walking around aimlessly without a care. Additionally, my food was cold which was also a first for me. Apparently the menu is not the same at all locations because I was informed that they do not serve ice coffee at all. They only serve small hot coffee. Very disappointed and will not be returning.

I frequent this Chick-fil-a often but this is the first time I decided to review it. The homeless people out front use the bathroom for more than the bathroom. There are exchanges going on in there if you know what I mean.I saw the manager come in and then walk back out of the store with little interaction with the staff. I guess all was well in his eyes.It wasn’t a really busy day and the store was clean. There were about six or seven employees out front but only one or two at the register.I asked for a sugar free lemonade with ice but got a regular lemonade with sugar and no ice.I dined in and I guess it is what it is

I have a gluten allergy and put in an online order. I typically prefer to order online because I can clearly dictate my needs & eat safely (most of the time*) without wasting 10 minutes of everyone's time discussing my gut sensitivity and what ingredients I have to be annoying about... so back to tonight.I paid but when I clicked 'I'm here' when I arrived for pickup, there was an issue in the app. I waited for the servers (who were slammed with the last minute rush before 10) to verify they got my ticket, and they hadn't. I was freaked because a solid gfree meal is a pain to find late night but thanks to the incredibly kind service staff I didn't get stuck waiting another 2 hrs to eat.Thu(? Sorry don't know if I remember correctly) painstakingly retook my order and, with the managers assistance, accomodated changes to the order due to desired items having been sold out since my order was placed. After verifying I had paid the first time, they made sure I had everything in my order, or equivalents, and hurried to help the next guest who was audibly frustrated with the difficulty of my order and how long it has taken to come to resolution.Grateful to be done being a bother, and awkward because of the frustration I heard behind me, I raced away from the counter, not realizing I hadn't given a name for them to call in the restaurant when food was ready. Despite my frazzled vibes, staff were able to get my attention, get my info and then serve the remaining few guests before end of service.Yes it was chaotic, yes we had to wait for the food, and no it wasn't appropriate to lounge and do dinner, but I super super appreciated that I was able to get actual food and started to chow down even before rushing out the door again.I know service is tough - especially late night rushes - that keep employees from getting home, is the worst time to deal with difficult customer service issues and when everyone is tired... but the consideration, grace & accomidation i received from staff tonight was worth setting aside time to leave a deliberate review. Kudos to the staff working close this sat. Really appreciate you.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free

Although the food was nice and hot and my milkshake was great, the girl who helped me looked like she was over it. That's the first time I went to a Chic-fil-A and got a cashier that looked unhappy. Hope she is ok now. Also I could not eat in because it was crowded and noisy and there was nowhere to sit.

Do NOT eat here! My family and I have gotten sick after eating here multiple times recently and our food was undercooked! So sad since the quality used to be so good :(

There's no place to park. If you are lucky, you will find a spot on the street; he food is good, though.

By far, the most execrable and pathetic chic-fil-a I’ve been to. Considering the horrible customer-service, I find it very difficult to believe it is considered as a solid chic-fil-a. Rather than simply taking my order, the 2 the staff members were being heavily disrespectful towards me, which I don’t understand because aren’t I the one paying? Even the manager did a very poor job as she didn’t even try resolving the issue I had. Instead, she tried covering for the fault of them by giving me a mindless reason as to why the staff was behaving that way.As a manger, shouldn’t you make the customer feel valued and respected? An apology would’ve been much appreciated by the two staff members instead of hearing it from the manager. Honestly, everything could’ve been avoided if I could simply pay and get on with my day rather than dealing with the childish behavior from the staff. Work on your customer-service , please.
