The morning staff are very lovely when I come in with my kids , I’m delighted from start to finish. The Cashier Emmely , helped me used the mobile app to start scanning for points , It was kind of her to do so . The charming ambiance makes me come to this location twice or more each week !!Kid-friendliness: Kids Meal comes witha choice of meat and two toppings to go with a pair of crispy or soft tacos including a kids chip or organic fruit + a small juice or milk

This chipotle has alot of opportunities in the evening. Store closes 10pm, however almost every time i go the staff has almost nothing left and they seem annoyed when customers come in ( this was 8pm, not even 9 or 9:30). There needs to be system put in place. The way you treat customers when you open the doors for lunch with everything nicely filled is the same way you need to treat your evening customers.Also, staff is not too knowledgeable how to redeem points or use the app in general. To me this sounds like the manager lacks leadership.

They start closing way before closing time so they are irritated when you walk in later in the night. They give like a half scoop of rice and get irritated when you ask for more. The food is mid most days and the vinaigrette is always oily like it’s been sitting forever. I live 2 mins away from here but I go to the one on cherry hill rd most days. I only come here when it’s the only thing open

So I went in did my order and realized they put in a lot of food. I request to get some food removed and the manager said we can’t remove the food because I had already ordered it and can’t touch the food. I asked you can make a 2nd burrito if possible then if removing is an issue and she said no can’t do. Since it was big to eat on the road I offered to buy another and they would make sure it’s small as I wanted it. The manager scolded me for that decision. I told her this is a terrible experience I am having here and she told me so don’t come back here if that’s the case. What a way to end a Sunday night. Otherwise the food was good.

This location is TRASH! I placed a mobile order, had my coworker pick the order up (mind you we have a time frame for lunch), they had my sticker on the wrong order and when. I called (clearly frustrated) the manager Jessica was completely rude, hung up the phone on me and was VERY unprofessional. Not only that they make mobile orders completely different than in person orders. My order is literally almost ALWAYS wrong at this location. I ask for extra chicken and get regular(i pay $3.30 extra for this), I asked for a tortilla on the side (almost never get it) even tho I’m charged for it. We usually order when they open due to our early schedule but lately my food has been salty, doesn’t seem as fresh as most locations and it’s annoying! Idk if it’s a comprehension issue (no disrespect intended) or what but they never get mobile orders right and it’s annoying. Management sucks at this location and it’s sad….

All I can say is i come here for the food.. bc it's fresh.. but the service is lack luster at best. I had a credit for Uber eats.I ordered my food when I arrived at the restaurant bc I wanted to see it being made. After the waiter received my receipt order he began to make it. I noticed he only added two scoops of meat.I showed him on my phone the receipt stated that I ordered 3 scoops and paid the extra he.. had to confer with the manager??‍♀️ saying I already gave her two scoop she wants another. "Wants" no idlike everything I paid for!! I let them speak she said well she has to pay. I excused myself into their conversation an showed her my phone. She proceed to walk away as they wrapped up my bowl.i said excuse me what are you gunna do about my extra portion..after all I paid 3.20 for they other portion. They tried to put in in a cup..the waiter at the end did put the cup in my bowl along with a few more pieces. Long story short go inside these restaurants bc they WILL CHEAT YOU GIVING THE CHANCE.
