The girl punta working the register this morning 4/20/24 definitely needs an attitude adjustment. If she doesn't like the job its best she seeks different employment that does not involve customer service. Then all employees sitting around inside doing nothing but eating and didn't open on time and just ignore customers at the door waiting on them to open past their opening time when they should have been sweeping/mopping floors prior to opening. Management needs to fix this place and replace some of those employees

I just received terrible service from an employee named Elisa at the cash register. The employee who took my carry-out order mistakenly wrote down an extra vegetable on my order, then corrected it by putting an "X" on the extra mark she put. At the register, Elisa ignored the correction and added the extra charge to my order. I told her there was no extra. She didn't trust me and, instead of checking with her colleague, she removed the cover and checked the order by digging through the food. When she realized there was no extra, she trashed the original order and got me the exact same order. She didn't apologize for the delay and instead gave me an attitude even after realizing her mistake.

Legit the girl who made my bowl tonight 2/22/2024 @ 9:09pm was absolutely rude and didn't listen at all. She was rushing when no one was in line behind me and was absolutely ridiculous in the way she presented the company. Legit the most rudest employee there and she destroyed my bowl on purpose. I cannot believe they continue to allow employees to represent the company in a negative manor and also be that rude to the customer without consequences. Unreal Everytime I asked for little cheese she dumped a insane amount on. I ask please can you remove some she sucks her teeth and rolls her eyes before doing it. I ask for small amount of beans but without so much juice and she says rudely again she can't I have to pass on another item I like because she can't just work with the customer like your supposed to still I didn't get rude kept my composure. Ask for guacamole she rudely says nope she has none. At a Mexican restaurant smh but no big deal I've worked for chipotle when I was younger I get it. But I had to pass on over 4 other items I love with my bowl because everytime I ask for a small helping she vindictively added a insanely large amount to get back at me. I don't understand. I'd never have done that to a customer I understand she had a bad night but you have to stay composed at work especially in customer service and hospitality work.

Whoever was working today’s Morning shift. 1/21/24 The young girl on the register with her “stank face”.The workers not listening to my order. Repeated myself one to many times. As well as forgetting some of the small things in my order as well. I was the only one ordering as a customer left , being alone for 6 min and they couldn’t get anything correct. therefore It was Not packed for a good 6 min.Better customer service. Thank you.

This Chipotle has the worse customer service ever. One associate had to leave . We asked for carne asada and she had an attitude because she had to go to the other side to get it and threw my bowl after she got it. I know how fast food works . But that's not a reason to throw peoples bowl ..They even had an attitude with a kid. I won't be coming to this Chipotle anymore

From the moment my husband and I walked in to when we left; We walked in no one greeted us. We both got burrito bowls; Chicken/carnitas and Carna Asada the portion for the rice was way too much and only a half scoop of the protein. The sour cream was nasty almost tasted like it was expired. We paid and went back to ask for hot sauce the worker looked at me as if I was bothering her and asked which one I wanted. I asked for the verde and she gave me one, I asked for another for my husband and she rolled her eyes. It was in small containers with a small amount in it. Every SINGLE table or counter was dirty with food from the previous customer. I wiped the spot my husband and I sat at. We had to use the bathroom and the bottom of the receipt had a code for the bathroom that did not work so I went back and asked for the code and a different employee gave me the code with an attitude. The bathroom toilet was dirty, floor was full of toilet tissue and paper towel, the paper towels were coming out the trash it was so full, the mirror was dirty and it had a horrible smell in the hall by the bathroom. We spent $25.92

The 2 girls on the line today are 2 of the most lazy, incompetent, excuses for workers I've ever seen. As soon as we pulled up, they started sucking their teeth and slid our orders along without even listening to what we have to say. Pathetic customer service. Had to tell them 3 times that I wanted a burrito, then proceeded to keep pointing at a bowl. Kept snickering to each other in Spanish. Barely scooped any of the food into our orders. Proceeded to complain about the fact that I wanted chicken in both kids meals, since "the other one already has meat". The gentleman who was on the 2nd half of the line was very sweet and even made sure to put on what the first 2 refused to.

The parking lot is an irritant. Hard to get in, harder to get out, and dangerous. This branch of Chipolte is very small with very few seats. I got a burrito made very quickly. It was cold to the touch. On the plus side the staff was friendly.Beyond this particular location, it was annoying that neither of the two types of beans were listed under the "protein" section. I had to ask several times to get enough beans to serve as the "protein". It wasn't made easier due to the language barrier.

Worker named Denora was a complete unprofessional disgusting employee. She was rude, rushed me and even slapped my food on the counter. I have no idea what made her day so bad but I can assure you I was not the reason. She took her frustrations out on me and I didn’t deserve the disrespectful treatment. As a former vet this is not how you treat a member of your community. I could go on about this employees actions but I’m sure this isn’t the first complaint about her. I urge the management and owners to look into this employee’s conduct on the job. Denora you are disgrace to the brand you should be ashamed of yourself.

I came in for a quick bite and unfortunately got a very rude lady who would glare at me when I said I wanted to put more in my burrito and then did a poor wrap job on purpose nothing I wasn’t rude to her so why is she projecting her bad attitude towards me? The girls name was Denora.
