The worst steak burrito EVER. I eat at this location at least once a week and had a couple of burritos I can complain about, but nothing on this level.Every piece of steak was full of fat. To the point that it was unedible. The burrito was never finished and was a complete waste of money.I thought Chipotle took pride in serving up high quality food, which I'm used to receiving, but this was the absolute worst.

I hate my food every time I get something from this location - I was initially excited about this concept because honestly it's really cool, but my food is has been horrible after the first visit.When they opened, the food was made with a bit more care. The second time, they gave me my food only for me to get home and open a super-soaked and falling a part burrito. It looked so nasty I literally couldn't even eat it. Usually if things don't go well twice I just don't go back but I said hey... maybe I'm just being weird. WRONG.This last time, I order a bowl at 3:00pm that was picked up and brought to me in less than 20 minutes by my fiancé. I was really looking forward to this since, I rarely am in the mood for chipotle. When I pull the food from the bag, and pull out the bowl, it's as if they made the bowl, and then put it in the freezer to chill before it got picked up. There was BARELYYYYYYY any chicken and I could literally taste the lack of care.I'm so over this little place because it continually fails me and this is the last time I will ever buy anything from that location. The only reason I'm giving 2-stars is because the workers are always pleasant at the window. Otherwise, they really don't care in there with no one to watch them put the food together.

BUYER BEWARE!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AT THIS LOCATION!!! They messed up my ENTIRE order!!!!! And I was not able to eat my food until I got home and unfortunately I DO NOT LIVE IN THE AREA OF THIS CHIPOTLE! The only two ingredients they got correct in my burrito bowl was the chicken and lettuce! They don't have to interact with customers and you don't watch them make your food so THEY MAKE YOUR ORDER HOW THEY WANT TO MAKE IT! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AT THIS LOCATION!!!!!

I really hate to be this person, but this Chipotle managed to screw up my order TWICE. First of all, the actual order I got at first wasn’t even mine. I turned back around and told them they gave me the wrong order, and then they gave me the one with my name on it. Got to keep the other one, which was nice, I guess. The actual one with my name on it got two of the ingredients right: cheese and lettuce. So while I did get the incorrect bowl and got to keep it, i’m upset that my actual order only had 2/6 ingredients right.

This used to be the old Little Caesar's. Great service. Fast and friendly. Food is almost always correctly made and fresh and on time. Love that it is super close to home. Highly recommended!

Just awful. Food not the same as other Chipotles. I've gotten orders with as many as 4 Ingredients missing.Another huge problem with this location is that it is supposed to be a fast pick up and go window. Cars are NOT supposed to be sitting there waiting in line! Food is supposed to be already done. This is not the case. At times there is a long line of cars that goes around the building and does not move.
