Great spot for Asian cuisine. The sushi and Lemongrass soup were ? I loved the deals, and their price was affordable. It's unfortunately no longer open for business. A new restaurant has taken over this location. City Taste will be missed ?

I ordered crab Rangoon, Kung pao tofu and chicken & shrimp fried rice and all of it was bad. Plus poor communication for deliver and it was delivered 30 minutes late.

I wanted to experience tasting sushi for the first time, therefore I order online some sushi and some pork dumplings. I had to say when I pick up my order the staff was very friendly. When I got home, I seat down to eat and I was impressed on how the sushi and dumplings taste. It’s was very good ? I enjoy it. I will order again.

Food was set to be delivered latest 6:15. Called at 6:54 & 7:22 where they asked for my address and told me it was on the way. Called again at 7:49, got a different person on the phone who told me there must have been something wrong with the website and the order didn't leave yet, no explanation why the other person told me it was on the way. Food was delivered at 8:05, food was okay

City Taste is by far the best take out in Silver Spring. I have eaten at a few others in the area and none compares to their quality and service. Everything on the menu is reasonably priced and they also take pride in the presentation of the food. I'm a regular customer, I probably go too many times than I should, but I just can't get enough of their lunch special which is typically from 11am-3pm. I call it a bang for buck, you can't beat it. Their orange chicken and Mongolian beef lunch specials are my favorite.Must Try - sweet potato tempura roll (all of their sushi is pretty good but I prefer that or the shrimp tempura roll)I wasn't the biggest fan of the shrimp in the pad Thai but everything else in it was pretty good. The Lo Mein is also very tasty, I typically go with chicken.

I asked for broccoli with brown sauce. She asked if I just wanted to do garlic sauce. I responded with no, I don’t like the garlic sauce. They proceeded to give me garlic sauce anyway and when I called to say the order was incorrect she was like no it’s brown sauce we just put garlic in it. Like I order broccoli with brown sauce no matter where I go , so I know what it tastes like. I’m literally chewing chunks of garlic. I will never order from here again. If I could give zero stars I would.
This is my favorite sushi for delivery in DTSS. The sushi is fresh and their miso soup is light and flavorful.

City Taste is a great place for very good reasonably priced Chinese food, Sushi and Tempura, and a few Thai dishes. The place is clean, with great service. They have the best tempura at the best prices, and I've had their sushi and Chinese food selections as well, never a bad meal or experience with City Taste. Their Pad Thai is also very good, not spicy, but I'm sure you could request spicy if you wanted. I dined in before Covid, and the atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. Since Covid, I either get take out or delivery. I don't recommend the tempura for delivery though, it gets soggy on the way--better to have that at the restaurant if you want it crispy. Often the delivery comes early or on time. The staff is very pleasant.Vegetarian options: There's a section on the menu with10 vegetarian options . I've had the Beancurd Homestyle, and it's very good. There are also some sushi choices that are vegetarian. They do make substitutions when requested, I bet you could order any dish and ask them to leave out the meat.Wheelchair accessibility: I use a walker, and they are on the ground floor and accessible. I don't think you'd have any problem with a wheel chair. If they see you coming to the door, they'll open it for you.

Sushi wasnt great but the Chinese food is okay. If you stick to getting fried rice, beef and broccoli or lo mein then I think you'll be safe and not disappointed. So solid local spot for a few easy dishes that you can't go wrong with.
