The location is great, the chicken is very delicious and the customer service seems great to me.
Took a long time to get my order so had to rush to eat lunch. Food was good. Chicken, rice & black beans and platanos were great! I like that you can choose your meat and sides.

Really small and crowded. We tried to do a late lunch, but it didn't help.I got a dish I get often -- arroz chaufa -- but it had less flavor this time. Should have gotten a side of black beans to help it out. I love the green sauce and it seemed more mild than usual.Service was okay. A little slow.

Items missing from our order, bad quality items that were delivered. Yucca fries and plantains were fried in what tasted like week old fry old. Sandwich was missing ingredients, mostly everything went in the trash. The sauce was good lol.
