These pretzels were absolutely delicious. We tried the original, garlic, onion, and jalapeño varieties. The pretzel roll was also delicious. Note that these are made to order and that you'll need to order from the website and they'll bring them out to your car. The yellow and spicy brown mustard were good, but I hope that they'll offer a larger variety of dips (including some sweet ones like cinnamon sugar or chocolate icing) in the future. Prices were reasonable and allowed for us to try some flavors we wouldn't normally order. The owner was friendly and left us with a positive impression.Parking: Parking available directly across from the entrance.Wheelchair accessibility: You can order and stay in the car. Full service.

We ordered a large batch of pretzels for a New Year’s Eve party. They were ready for pickup the exact time that we reserved. The pretzels were oven fresh, soft and moist, smelled great and were delicious. They were the hit of the party. Based on this first experience, we would order again and highly recommend.Parking: You can park in the lot outside of the pretzel factory and the pretzels are delivered to your car

Is it just holiday spirit or is this company great all year around? Guessing on the exceptional customer service and the excellent pretzels we received, I'm guessing this company maintains high standards all year around. Dave helped me determine just the right amount for our holiday party and the pretzels were in individual packages, perfect for our large group. These pretzels were a huge hit, soft and tasty. I can't wait for another excuse to buy more!

Serve these pretzels and pretzel rolls.I'm not kidding. Service? The owner or his son bring bags or boxes out to your car. Atmosphere? Well, that depends on where you enjoy these wonderful pretzels and pretzel rolls. But these will improve the atmosphere for sure.Parking: Pull up at any nearby vacant slot -- even if it is blocking another vehicle. You won't be there long and you should not get out of the car.
