-Delivery charge was too high, adding taxes and tip $10?!-Delivery took 1 full hour.- Delivery guy left pizza box right on the dirty floor with no bag.when l picked up l almost drop it,- Plus pizza was wayyyy too salty!!-And l never received a text letting me know my food arrived.This was my First time ordering from Dominos and my last.!! The $ 33 l paid doesn't worth at all the service or the quality of product received.

Domino's has become a desperation move. The driver was great, the speed was good, but the food is wretched. It isn't nostalgia and dying taste buds that make bewhiskered folks say food was better in ye olden days, it's the profit-seeking capitalist race to the bottom where ingredients are concerned. If you like pepper and oregano to be the only flavors you can detect, by all means punch that app. And if you're too exhausted to entertain other options, give yourself a pass just this once. But if not, why not try having a little self-respect? (As for the pasta bread bowls? You've been warned. You have no excuse.)

Subject: Complaint Regarding Incorrect Order and Poor Customer ServiceDear Dominó’s Pizza Customer ServiceI am writing to express my disappointment with the recent experience I had with Domino's Pizza. On 2/21/2024 time 8:30pm I placed an order for non-spicy boneless wings, but unfortunately, I received very hot boneless wings instead. This discrepancy in my order not only failed to meet my expectations but also caused me considerable discomfort due to the spiciness of the wings.Upon discovering the error, I promptly contacted your store to address the issue. However, I was informed that there was no manager on duty and that the staff members were unable to assist me including Denis, or rectify the mistake. I found this lack of accountability and customer service unacceptable, as I was left with no resolution and had to bear the inconvenience and dissatisfaction caused by the incorrect order.As a result of this experience and the inadequate response from your team, I regret to say that I have lost faith in the quality of service provided by Domino's Pizza. Consequently, I have made the decision to discontinue my patronage of your establishment and will be seeking alternative dining options in the future.I hope that this feedback will prompt you to reevaluate your customer service protocols and ensure that such oversights are not repeated with other patrons. I appreciate your attention to this matter and trust that you will take the necessary steps to prevent similar incidents in the future.Thank you for your understanding.

I have been coming here for long time but I can’t recall the last I have this kind of experience. It was terrible today, night shift crew working on 1/15/24 @ 9pm. Nobody pay attention to my order or the mix it up with the delivery item. I don’t know . My order say it is ready but it was not . Bunch of guys who are employees of Dominos …. Talking and telling me wait….. they talk in their own language and God knows who is doing what. Plus no SANITATION AT ALL. Very sad and disappointing. Having too many people for no reason is nothing.

Well, their bread rolls have a lot of oil and well, the pasta salad says that Alfredo doesn't have any chicken and he has very little pasta, they have to add a lot of pasta and a lot of chicken because if not I'm going to go eat at Oliver

This is my local go-to Domino's and up until my most recent order, everything was great. I've had ok pickup experiences, great delivery experiences and they always remember to include all of my order, even the dipping sauces other locations always forgot in the past. The other day I ordered my usual, the mix and match deal for $6.99 for each item and got a medium, thin crust pizza with pineapple, jalapeños and bacon and I tried the cinnamon bread twists for the first time. I did not enjoy the bread twists and will not be ordering again. I was expecting something buttery and covered in cinnamon but those things were dry as hell and a cup of icing was not enough to save them. Lesson learned. The delivery was a little slow because the driver couldn't find parking but that's not a big deal. What was a big deal was the burnt pizza they gave me! My pizza was obviously burnt and so much so that it may have gotten stuck to the pan because a chunk was actually missing. Things like this always bother me because somebody looked at this mess and thought it was a good idea to send out instead of just preparing another one. This was not a busy weekend evening either. When I called the store to speak with a manager, the conversation started a little rocky with his telling me that I used a coupon. I almost thought he was going to tell me something like because I used a coupon, he wasn't going to be able to issue a refund. He ended up refunding the entire order and thankfully there wasn't a back and forth exchange so I'm grateful for that. All in all, this location has been good to me most of the time, but there can be some quality issues with the pizzas. Thankfully the manager was able to take care of it.

Waited over two hours for a pizza, and was finally forced to cancel after finding out that the driver had not yet picked up my food (and it would be another 20-30min. for delivery).

This place is ok if you are craving a cheap and quick sub / pizza. Staff is friendly for the most part.
