My girlfriend had a terrible experience with the delivery driver she was trying to close her door when the delivery guy put his hand on the door twice demanding for a tip. Because she didn’t she got an unauthorized tip added to her order. so disrespectful and unprofessional don’t order from this place and for the females to be extra careful when ordering from this place !

I’m usually an advocate for dominos making solid pizza, this location just does not. My pizza was late and it wasn’t even cooked, it was legit raw. I would give 0 stars if I could.

Do not buy pizza’s from this establishment THEIR CALL CENTER REPRESENT WAS VERY RUDE AND CALLED ME DISRESPECTFUL. I CALLED BACK AND SPOKE WITH HER SUPERVISOR CHRISTIANA, SHE SAID THAT SHE LISTENED TO THE RECORDING AND SHE DID NOT FEEL THAT I WAS BEING DISRESPECTFUL, MAYBE A LITTLE BIT PUSHEY, BUT NOT DISRESPECTFUL. ALL I SAID TO JESSICA IS THAT “ YOU HUNG UP ON ME.” EVERY DOMINO’S I MENTIONED SHE SAID THAT THEY DID NOT DELIVER IN MY AREA. 2 DOMINO’S THAT MENTIONED. BEFORE I COULD ASK HER ABOUT BETHESDA SHE HUNG UP. DONINO’S DOES NOT DESERVE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY BECAUSE THEY HIRER DISRESPECTFUL AND RUDE HELP AT THE CALL CENTERS.

I ordered 4 pizzas online using their coupons for $34 saying I'd pick up the next day at 5:15pm. I arrived to learn that the order had been canceled by the system for reasons unknown, so I replaced the order live with the person. The cost went to $54, and then they only gave me 3 of the 4 pizzas, not realizing that I had ordered 4 (even though I showed them the receipt). Would they honor their price from the day before? NO, they would not. Moral: Always pay in advance, at least you have a chance of getting your order as you placed it. What a RipOff.Edit: Domino's reached out to me and has told me that I have two large one-topping pizzas waiting for me for free in the future, so I appreciate them meeting me part-way, as they believe their system is not at fault for canceling the order.
