The service is very terrible, there is a girl who is a poorly educated despot, she thinks that she is in her country, they should take her out and teach her charisma for another job or she does not want to work, so the business loses clientele like these people like that.

Friends are visiting me at my house, and I have ordered Don Pollo. I ordered Lomo saltando, a big mistake. There are only a few strips of beef on the plate, lots of tomatoes, onions, green peppers, and rice. The amount of meat is what we call ripped off. I can't speak about other dishes, but this combo saltando dish is not worth it. Be careful with that's almost no meat on the plate.

I come to this place minimum of 2 times a week. I am willing to spend the $20-25 on a phenomenal plate of hot food, and see friendly faces that are always patient and gracious to see you and earn your business. I always get Lomo Saltado and it's 10/10 every time. To everyone there, thank you for the hard work you put in for your community when hunger strikes. We love yall ?️ ?

Poor customer service! The cashier guy was pleasant but the heavy set Hispanic lady that prepared my food was just RUDE. I literally had to tell her that it was my first time there, hence the reason for my questions. She ruined the whole experience for me; therefore, I will not be going back.

Huge disappointment- the quality and portion size of food has gone down. I ordered the Lomo Saltado and the portion size was very small in comparison to the price. The food wasn’t filling and I got twice the amount of rice than needed. I won’t return.

Lesson learned. Don't order in a sketchy area.The taste is just as good as any other Don Pollo's. But the portions are ridiculously small in comparison. Usually they fill the whole plate for $12. Here, they halfed the portions like it was for a kids meal.I felt like I got ripped off for 1 tablespoon of beans on my rice.It's obvious they are being frugal in such a sketchy broke area. The vibe is also worse when noisy gangs started coming in. Im used family friendly areas.

I was very hungry today so decided to try a different dish coz I always order the grilled chicken, so I ordered the Chaufa De mariscos and yuca as an extra side dish! Only to get home and taste the food which was stale I paid more than $20 just to throw away, I only ate the yuca. Am so disappointed
