I ended up getting sick ? when I saw that there were rats and rats in this branch, a bad smell and I bought a sandwich and it tasted bad and smelled like animal urine! They really should get this place inspected and pest control at the same time!And train your workers, managers responsible for the establishment who must take action on this matter, children eat this food and then get sick due to the negligence of these people! ⚠️⚠️⚠️

Yesterday, New Year's eve in the afternoon the drive through line was long. I went inside and there was only one worker. He was hustling and doing a fast and great job. I waited patiently because he was getting everyone their orders as fast as he could. The shop didn't have anymore comment cards so i'm leaving a big shout out to Tommy for fantastic service under extreme pressure.

Only one visit a coffee was good. I was able to sit in there with my laptop and get some work done while waiting for my car service. The only concern was that by 10:00 a.m. a lot of high school kids came in and we're a bit noisy and boisterous. If this is the norm, it would not be a good place to sit and enjoy the coffee or do work.

I’ve ordered from this location three times this week and each time my order was completely wrong. I call them they’re is no answer I’ve been calling for about 15 minutes and not one answer.
Very poor customer service!, food was burnt, sandwich fell apart, Spanish male with the tightest white shirt in there, disrespecting customers because of how slow they moving, was waiting 8 mins for A drink and got disrespected because how long he took to make it, they had other people order ready before mines , he was very racist and needs to be disciplined.

Ordered Uber eats and they got nothing wrong forget the fact that it took them years to prepare the food they then send me the wrong items the only thing right was the drinks I am livid. I am literally looking at the order that says croissant on it but they proceeded to use English muffins on all the sandwiches. Never again.

My first time at this location and the drive-Thru went by quickly and easily. I was greeted with kindness and smiles. I received my bagel and drink, and I pulled off. They did great with my "lightly toasted" request, but where's my cream chese?!? Next time, I'll check my order before driving away.
