When I was 13 I order from this place many many times Sometime I would be able to give them a tip and sometime I can’t since I was little but I order from there many many many times and finally one day I order beef lo main they put dirt into my food I was so upset I didn’t know what to do. I should have call a Lawyer or 911 but I didn’t I was too small to think of it beside getting really mad, after that I never order from this place again this is a true story

The food be nasty asf, sometimes it be okay, i feel like they give the costumers old food and they just heat it on the microwave, the delivery service is so bad, i waited 2 F*cking hours and the restaurant is 10 mins away in car. The guy who answers the calls is disrespectful and has no manners, he is always screaming. The chicken feels raw sometimes

Most of the food is better than what's served at other chinese places. They do get overwhelmed at times and orders can take longer than advertised but otherwise you get your food quickly.

I have been ordering from this place for over 20 years. This is 1 of the best Chinese restaurants around and the prices are always good. That is why their phones are always ringing throughout the day. I don't pay as much attention to services as this is a carry-out place. I order, I pickup, I get out.

We enjoyed a delightful time there with very good food and a professional crew and a professional cuisine. We added this venue in our phone list and we shall definitely return very soon. I have ordered from here for years and never ate their egg rolls bought a combination plate today and decided to try the egg roll and after I bite into it’s filled with shrimp and I’m allergic to shellfish!! No where on their menu does it say shrimp in the egg roll. When I called the store to ask if shrimp comes in the egg roll. The man answers yes shrimp in egg roll. I thought I was given the wrong thing by mistake not that this is regular practice. I could die from anaphylaxis and when I told him this he hung up the phone on me saying he’s been doing this for 30 years. I don’t know if I can come back here anymore. They don’t tell you what is in their food.

The older Chinese guy who answers the phone and work the cash register is not courteous at all and he's pretty damn mean. Me and my wife live in college park. We drive from over there to get your food, just because you guys have the best Chinese food in the area. Why do you treat us soooo poorly. We've been eating at your spot for years. We even ordered from you guys during covid, which I'm sure contributed to your place staying open during that tough time with covid, when folks were afraid to dine out and order food. The older Asian women that works there is humble and courteous and thankful that we come to you guys. The older Asian guys English is also very poor too, he often misunderstand what you are trying to order and gets mad and frustrated when you try and correct him. Why do you guys let this guy manage the phone , if his English sucks and he has no common courtesy. He likes our money but don't like us. Stop letting that mean bitter old j*** Asian man answer the darn phone, if he's going to be rude to his long time customers just because he's been here for years and can't understand basic English but can understand money. Stop treating us poorly when we give you guys our hard earned money for your food. I was Frontline during covid, Healthcare. I couldn't just not do my job and not act professional. Treat the ppl that buy food from your place better you mean old Asian Goat.

Decent food low quality customers stick with delivery and the person that said friendly service must be kidding the guy that works here always looks like he just woke up very indifferent to customers and the woman is only slightly better so that's a lie time we start holding people accountable and not accepting bare minimum mark my words if the neighborhood were better so would the service...if you get my drift

They have served me reheated food items on a couple of occasions. I am not sure if the food was from an order that was not picked up or food from another day (God forbid!) but it was not freshly prepared. The food at this restaurant is not great but not too bad. It is food and, at least, it is affordable. To be fair, I usually only order a couple of items from the menu and they are usually okay. Not great but okay. I guess they thought I would not notice if they slipped me reheated items. I noticed. I will probably not patronize this restaurant again, unless I am really desperate.

Never again coming here, use to come here all the time. Now they don’t serve fresh chicken. And they over charge you for small portion fries. Like seriously when I ordered the food two breast with fries, it would be my leftovers. Now it’s barely any food with over cooked chicken. Place sucks deeply.
